Very pathetic experience in this hotel No cleanliness at all and when asked for bathroom at the time of checkout due to large team members, their response was hilarious and asked for 800rs for using a bathroom for 15 mins max Zero in Humanitarian ground. I am not recommending this hotel.

Horrible experience in 1st look, rooms are very dirty when we approach hotel at night also token booking made earlier. Spider, cockroach running here and there, rooms are dirty, no cleaning at all. Staffs are peculiar. Manager is very rude. Staffs also lying. Tv is not working properly.

Very poor service and they are providing bad condition room ... ac was not properly working , remote was not in the room, phone was not there... for calling ... and bathroom was unclean... and also they are not providing dinner on 8:30 ... and rooms were damp

Rooms are Ok Ok,Dirty Bed,floor, broken wall, bathroom not so good...Staffs are good but The Owner is very Rude, Bakwaas.... 👎for the owner.... He is a Punjabi...very very bad person... Moderate kind of hotel...Not So Good... but staffs are helpful, honest❤️

Very bad experience at the hotel. First of all when u will enter at lift u will be welcomed by very bad smell. 2nd when u will be in your room there will be so many small insects around your bed. 3rd public toilet is far better than your bathroom. So please don't stay at this hotel.My overall experience was very bad.

Very unprofessionaly managed. Even "Executive room" 402 , they are saying is worst than normal room. No maintenance. Bed sheets are dirty. Toilet is worst. Continuously dripping water. Latch is not working. Main door lock is also same. Bedroom walls stinky. No maintenance.

The worst service ever. I had a pre booking in the hotel but still there tv and geyser was not working in the room. After 30 mins of complain they showed up and after request for 2 to 3 times they change the room but still tv was not working. Room service is not available. I had to call them for the room service also they were not bothered anymore. After 15 to 20 minutes of call they came to the room for cleaning but also the worst cleaning ever. I would never suggest the hotel ever any one from my contact. Also our one known went to the same hotel after our checking. They also faced the same issue.

Hotel locations and looking is good But bedbugs in bed and almirah. Toilet is very dirty . Water logged in bathroom. Hotel light is blinking. Not proper maintainance. Staff behavior were good
