The property is awesome and the location as well,rooms are nice clean...only one thing I want to say that the management has to work on food department. I had ordered egg fried rice and chili chicken. In egg fried rice the salt was on extremely upper level. Chicken chili the pieces of chicken was that much hard,even not able to cut it from the fork. When I told the guy to change it,the rice which I got in replacement,that was less in quantity. Overall the experience is till date good, except the food

Big and clean rooms with soothing lights. Very clean and big washroom. Amazing breakfast and great service by the restaurant staff. Has a gym also

I recently stayed at Retreat Continental Hotel in Ranchi and had a very bad experience. There were significant issues with the ventilation in my bathroom; The ventilation system wasn't working at all, causing the entire room to smell terrible. Additionally, the geyser was not functioning, so there was no hot water available. As a result, I had to take a bath with cold water, which led to me suffering from a fever. I initially contacted the receptionist to file a complaint, but there was no resolution. This lack of response and assistance from the hotel staff only added to my frustration. Overall, my stay at Retreat Continental was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience. Very, very bad experience. Regards Subrat Nayak

Very poor service, After so many calls no response from front desk or room service. I will not recommend the same hotel yo stay if you need better service.

My experience about this hotel are 1. Rooms: very good and rooms are cleaned everyday. The rooms well equiped. 2. Staff: Each of the staff is very good and ready to serve the boarders. 3. Look of the hotel : Very pleasant, attractive and beautiful. 4. Car parking: This arrangement is awesome. The hotel has basement car place. So many cars may be parked. 5 Food : The complimentary breakfast is just awesome. Different well prepared food are kept in the buffet . The dinner is nice 6. AC, Geyser, electric kettle and the lift are well maintained. Those are running properly. 7. Entrances of the property from main road : Though the entrance from main road to the building is very short it is not cleaned.

Charged Over priced for a simple water bottle of rupees 20 including taxes but charged rupees 63 with taxes.

This hotel is in a prime location, but the rooms don't have views from the window. Services are good. Food quality in the restaurant is awesome. Staff is very supportive and cooperative. Affordable and good hotel in the main market place.
