The room was a good one. But the staff were very rude and had a ridiculous rule that the guests need to clear the payment on a daily basis. We checked in after giving 1000 Rs. and the receptionist used to rang our doorbell every early morning for the payment. They were unwilling to give towels and other amenities. Very much unprofessional.

Stay Away! Unhygienic Rooms, No Water, and Food Poisoning! The hotel was booked for my brother's engagement party, and it turned out to be a nightmare. The rooms were unhygienic, with a bad smell lingering everywhere. The washrooms had no water, and the geyser was not working, making it impossible to take a proper shower.After the engagement party and nextday breakfast, most of my family members fell sick with severe vomiting, stomachaches, and fever. We had to cut short our trip back to Bhubaneswar because my daughter was in so much pain. We got off the train at Rourkela and rushed her to Lifeline Hospital, where the doctor confirmed it was food poisoning.The ordeal didn't end there. I, too, ended up vomiting multiple times and suffering from stomachaches and diarrhea. We had to extend our stay in Rourkela for treatment, disrupting our travel plans and causing us immense distress.This hotel's lack of hygiene and disregard for basic amenities like water and functioning geysers led to a serious health crisis for my family. It is not the end we got off from the train but my parents and brothers and my sister in law they continued their travel to bhubaneswar but at night my brother and his friend both fell ill. They were so unwell that my parents had to call railway staff for help. strongly advise against staying here to avoid such a dreadful experience.

We had a small family event. Post lunch, all family members were sick, vomiting and had motions. If you are planning to book , take risks at your own will. Food poisoning is dangerous. Editing my comment after response from Owner - Are you harassing me to delete my public feedback? The date of event is 14th Feb 2024. I hope my name is clear enough to be know it was an engagement event. I am the groom of the event. If you don't apologise for your harassing comment on my public feedback then I shall take a legal action against your hotel. Please be known, it is my right to provide public feedback after using a service. I will be taking a screenshot of comments on 28th Feb to share it will my legal adviser. Thank you

After 2 horrible nights in Ranchi, I finally landed in a hotel that was kind and considerate and really understood what hospitality is really about. The lady at the reception, who seemed to be in charge of things, was very kind. She was also very helpful at giving me a corporate rate. The rooms were big and nice, though the hotel is going through renovation and it’s evident. The overall ambience of the hotel is good for the prices they were offering. The staff were nice. However, I did find it a bit annoying that they won’t knock and wait for me to open the door, and would either keep knocking or would try to barge in. Thank you for the stay!

I recently stayed at Krishna Inn Ratu Road during a business trip to Ranchi. While the hotel has a convenient location and offers basic amenities, there were a few areas where it fell short. Here's my 3-star review: The location is excellent, with easy access to the city center and major attractions. However, the hotel is situated on a busy street, which can be noisy at times. The room was clean and well-maintained, but it was quite small and lacked proper ventilation. I found it difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the stuffiness of the room. The staff was polite and helpful, but the service could be a bit slow at times. I had to wait for a while to get my room key and to order room service. Overall, I would recommend Krishna Inn Ratu Road for travelers who are looking for a budget-friendly option with a good location. However, if you're expecting a luxurious stay, you may want to look elsewhere.

It was really pleasing to stay there, Whenever I visit ranchi I use to stay In hotel Krishna Inn, The behaviour of the staff was really Good. And the food there also tastes awesome.
