Don’t know who is giving 4 star to this pathetic hotel. I had a visit for a business trip and based on ranking opted for it. Beds were stinking like hell, lift was not working , costing 3500 per night was like a crime I committed. I complaint it to reception but lady present we’re having no remorse for it. She kept laughing at my condition. Pathetic

This is a very nice hotel well-located in Ranchi. The hotel is clean and has a nice atmosphere. The rooms are large - we were in the executive rooms with a separate bedroom and a living room with sofa and table w chairs, so we could entertain guests visiting us easily. We ordered food from the hotel and we had dinner in the room. The food was excellent. They also served a very good Indian style breakfast (also continental is available). The room is equipped with a water heater and free coffee and tea. The shower was excellent with centralized warm water. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The place is run in a family kind of way making it very cozy and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel for visitors that would like to avoid staying in international hotels and instead enjoy an experience and a so much more personal touch to the stay.

The rooms are a good size. Ours had separate lounge with sofa & TV. Some room facilities could be improved but the jewel in the crown are the staff. They are all excellent. Very friendly, nothing is too much trouble. They go out of their way to please. Great staff led by a top rate manager!

I am giving at a long time after my stay. It's a fantastic experience staying there and I want to give my special thanks to the Mam who was at reception.She arranged to provide complete veg food and taken care of us during our stay at Ranchi Thanks

Great place to crash for a few days. Rooms are spacious and accommodating for a couple. Amenities were on point. Restaurant: Absolutely amazing, food quantity and quality was A1. The staff were very cooperative and gave good suggestions. Services: -Late check-out and early check-in - Standard Treebo hotel with free breakfast(Good quantity) - Perfect location to nearby points and main road.

The only plus point is that the room given was very spacious with a large bed area (with attached toilet) and a large sitting area with sofas and dining table.||First of all, the hotel was in a gully contrary to the expectations. Initially I was shown room no-204. The wash basin in this room was chocked. Then they showed me room-205. I had accepted this room as there was no alternative. The Ac in the bed area was not all effective. However, the AC in the sitting area of the room was quite good. The toiletries were insufficient. Even the linens were insufficient. We had to call them for each and everything. Since the TV was only in sitting area, one has to stay here to watch the TV. You can't watch the TV while in bed in the late night. The house keeping staff were ineffective. One has to remind them number of times in case of requirement. There is a in house restaurant which serves food in the room. Food quality was OK. Overall, it was a disappointment for me.|

Good hotel in area. Food quality is excellent but a bit overpriced. Good quality rooms available with minibar, TV, sitting desk. Toilets are spacious with seperate bath area. Overall it is a fine place to stay.

All services are more expensive, exciting and challenging whole person in mind it's ok. Room is clean and room is still good , morning breakfast is buffe system in dining are . All rooms are very good condition, all room are ac available, staff behaviour is most exciting news.|
