Flagship Oxy Lake View

Very unpleasant experience. Booked an AC room on fraudulent app Agoda. Instead they gave a non AC room, which was on the 4th floor, hot as heater, I quickly got dehydrated by sweating. The lift is vestigial, as it is only there to look at, but of no use. The sheets are stained and not cleaned properly. They don't even bother to change the bed sheets and pillow cover between 2 bookings. The place is about 500 mtrs inside a dark lane from the main road. Doesn't even deserve a single star, but one star for the old cleaning lady who brought up a clean sheet and 2 water bottles climbing all the 4 floors stairway. What a waste place

Worst service and condition of room. They don't clean bedsheets. Hairs can be seen and oils of hairs are on the bed. Washroom light, AC, Geyser not working.

Washroom have not working light. No working tv Room not clean staff behaviour roodness.

Nothing was good neither the service nor the behavior of the staff Some of our guests had come because of them our bhut was insulted.

Door don't have the inside lock and if it is it can be opened with the keys. Other than this everything was good.

Very very bad hotel. No bathroom light. No bathroom lock. Poor behaviour hotel staff
