Online Suites Hotel

I stayed at Online Suites and found it to be overpriced for what it offers. The rooms are not up to the mark, falling short of basic expectations. The staff is polite, but the overall vibe of the hotel is a bit off. Given the cost, I expected a much better experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

Located at a very convenient location from Narayana Hospital. Had a 1 week stay at the hotel. Clean and hygienic rooms. The good thing about the hotel is that they provide car service from hotel to hospital vice versa. The restaurant service is average but the food is very good. Overall the staff behaviour is good.

Overall good experience to stay here. Time to time pick up & drop. Good food and friendly staff. Only the water was not so hot. More hot water is required specially during rainy season.

I had a GD/PI call for my MBA admission. After properly checking all possible hotels, i finalized this one as it had decent reviews and good walkability towards IIT Alumni Centre. I had opted for the starting basic room. The room was clean and properly done. The bathroom was clean and well ventilated. Their in-house restaurant is very good. I had both dinner and breakfast, and both were delicious. Would recommend this place overall.

I stayed there while transit, the rooms are very big , 4 adults can easily accommodate, very neat washroom , only negative I found is there is hospital atmosphere and smell was there at the center , except that very economical and excellent value for money There is a restaurant available+ there is a park in front of the building

Huge property, good food.. But maintenance is not up to the mark,, dust and mosquito are the major problem..
