Worst experience ever at this restaurant. The service is absolutely terrible, unlike anything I've encountered even in average places. We had the misfortune of dealing with an incredibly arrogant staff member who took our order but kept saying that nothing was available. When we inquired further, he responded with a lot of attitude, even claiming that the manager was "taking a rest" and that we couldn't disturb him. It was beyond frustrating! It honestly feels like they think they can just sit back and customers will keep coming, no matter how poor the service is. This kind of behavior is completely unfair and unprofessional, especially after paying for a meal. I strongly advise you to think twice before choosing this restaurant. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend avoiding it. The staff's arrogance and the service they provide are unacceptable!

I asked them for rooms.. they said all the 40rooms are sold out.. Over crowded on weekends. I went late night parking inside was full so I had to park on the main road outside and walk to the restaurant. The server/captain was more interested in hurrying us up then actually asking us what we need. He was in such a hurry that my friend asked what time is the last order and the waiter said "nahi not available" over all ok dining experience

I have been to FIKA COFFEE HOUSE. Great place to hangout. Extremely nice place to chill and enjoy your time. The staff is very polite and respectful. I enjoy my time whenever I visit this place and also the surroundings are very clean and the staff also follows good hygiene. Things I have tried and loved it: Tea, cookies, puffs and Blueberry Cheese Cake

Rooms are good but ac is making sound like helicopter landing. Whole we couldn't sleep. For short period should make provision for tarif. Costly when compared to area it is located. Maintained cleanliness.

Scammed by the cashier!!! I had been a customer since 2019, even hosted parties at their lawn property but such cheap activity by their cashier and management really should not be entertained. I had to literally question the overpriced or randomly priced garlic bread, tea and other breakfast items. A single cost was put for all. On countering the cashier on why he scammed, he gives me 10% discount on the overpriced billed items. Check the pictures. Be careful to verify bill items on menu prices as we did not verify due to trust.

I have visited this place many times since it is close to the place I stay. It is on the chandapura anekal main road right opposite to Housing Board colony. Food is great here specially the non vegetarian lovers will like the food. It also serves alcohol and at lesser rates than other places. Service and overall experience was good.
