Extremely Disappointing Stay: Worst Experience Ever (Oct 6-8, 2025) "My recent stay at your hotel from October 6-8, 2025, was the most negative hotel experience I've encountered in my extensive travels worldwide. The issues below severely impacted my stay and are detailed for clarity. Safety Hazard: Malfunctioning Lift The lift lacks a crucial safety sensor, posing a severe risk of injury. During operation, there was insufficient space, nearly causing a hand injury. Room and Key Card Issues Initially assigned Room 112, the key card was non-functional, requiring a room change to 209. Discrepancies in MRP (Restaurant/Bar) Service Limited Menu at MRP Bar: Despite a comprehensive menu available in the main bar, the adjacent MRP area offered a severely limited selection. Inconsistent Service: Staff at the MRP were rude and unhelpful, failing to provide service to hotel guests who chose not to patronize the lounge but purchased items from the limited MRP menu. Overall Service and Management Concerns This experience was overwhelmingly negative, leading to a complete lack of confidence in the hotel's hospitality standards. I cannot recommend this hotel to any traveler based on these critical failures in safety, service, and facilities. Recommendation: The management should address these significant operational and customer service issues with immediate priority."

Worst service, They take the advance booking payment and give the room to some one else, also they don't refund the money, Reception staff behave like he dose not know anything and he also say that you booked and paid on line so we are not responsible. Very worst experience.

Affordable stay, rooms not that great, however food is good. Staffs are friendly. Location is a plus point.
