I have been staying in this hotel since 3 years, Very Friendly staff and well maintained and spacious rooms as per the budget provided. Overall very happy and satisfied with the stay here.

Me and my friends are their regular clients. Bu today I'm totally disappointed...We already book room there for three days when i reach there Receptionist "mani" drunk and sleep and he saying no room and sleep again after we call responsible person mr.jhan he warn him via phone for this bad attitude.after cut the call he started arguing with us very rude behaviour.....

I have stayed in many cities and hotels, this must be one of those WORST hotels. SUPER UNHYGIENIC, Torn bedsheets, no guard at gate, no one at reception to take the call, charged over price just because we came through their Mysuru hotel referral, NO provision of extra bed as they wanted to sell rooms. No breakfast arrangements within hotel, Broken washroom WC cover or so called seat, bathroom door handle broken.....IN EVENING CORRIDOR SMELLS LIKE BAR WITH ALCOHOL AND CIGARETTES SMOKES EVERY WHERE. NO RECOMMENDED SPECIALLY FOR FAMILY PEOPLE. NEVER EVER THINK OF COMING TO THIS HOTEL.

It was a nice and pleasant stay. Unfortunately, In-house restaurant facilities provided with tea/coffee was not available. It would have been great if available!
