Smooth Booking, Great Location & Comfortable Stay! I booked my stay through a quick phone call, and the staff managed everything very smoothly. The check-in process was hassle-free, and the service was friendly and professional. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, which makes it super convenient to travel anywhere—perfect for tourists and business travellers alike. Although the area gets quite crowded in the evenings, it's a lively and happening part of town. I was given a clean, spacious room with a decent setup. The attached bathroom was also very clean and well-maintained. Overall, the room was comfortable and ideal for a relaxed stay. The buffet breakfast had a nice variety and tasted really good. I also tried the biriyani through in-room dining, and it was absolutely delicious—hot, flavourful, and well-prepared. The only drawback is that parking is limited, so it might be a bit of a hassle if you're driving in. But overall, I had a great experience Overall, I recommended for anyone looking for a centrally located, budget-friendly hotel with good service, clean rooms, and easy access to city attractions.

Arrogant Manager and entire staff , they don't know how to speak first of all . For every genuine request made will end up in a heated argument with the manager and the staff. Most of the staff who work here are senseless. Rooms were clean and descent enough for the price. Better to stay away from this property, because they make you feel like why do you come here .

The front desk staff was very rude. Very arrogant. The room was nice and clean. Sbc railway station is around 1.5km from the hotel but during peak time, takes 1/2 hour to reach. Car parking is also an issue here.

Biggest fraud going on here. They have mentioned 24 hrs anytime checkin ant the website and when u reach they will tell u checkin time is 12 noon. And charge 800 extra to give room early.

Very Lousy rules. Not at all Customer friendly. Denied to give complementary water bottles also. Arrogant replies from the reception.
