NillBelieved that the hotel has renovated and renamed. The room was clean and tidy, very comfortable bed. But telltale sign of old furniture, appliances remains. No electric kettle but you can always ask for hot water. Overall is a very comfortable and affordable place to stay. A few street off from the noisy main street and you can enjoy a quieter night sleep.

NillYesterday I visited your restaurant and unfortunately had one of my worst experiences. The reception boy was extremely rude from the moment I approached the counter. His tone, body language, and overall attitude were very disrespectful. It felt like he wasn’t interested in helping at all, and it genuinely affected my entire visit. I didn’t expect this kind of behaviour from your team, and I hope you will look into this seriously.

NillWorst Hotel, please dont waste your money... Rude staff , they are not giving respect to customers.. dont book my sincere advise ... They taken Extra cash 180 GST also.. one person sitting at Reception may be 35-40 his agei think hisname i dont no but worst behaviour i have seen . I dont no how this hotel fellows given job to him He is sitting morning to evening and every time he is arguing and shouted on the customers not only me i have seen some other customers also I request you please remove such a nonsence person beacuse of his behaviour you have lossing many customers

Nill1. Shitty hotel 2. Pathetic hotel staff 3. Garbage rooms 4. Unusable bathrooms with water leakage problem 5. No response on complaint in room 6. Hotel front desk is useless. 7. Before booking promises and after booking Follow-ups on the promises are non-existent So don’t read any glow up reviews and assume good. My advice don’t book here even if you get for free.

Nill" New golden residency "with 'new' added hotel name ,Room ambience decor amenities is changed , for corporate and family's reasonable budgeted hotel, centre of bangalore (Majestic ) nice peaceful stay 24 hours hot water ,no early checkin charges , friendly staffs ,thank you will stay again !

NillThis hotel is a fraud hotel. I booked this hotel with Booking.com and this hotel. Confirm my booking. I even called the hotel. Even message the hotel and on call They confirmed me the booking, but when I reached, they told me that there are no rooms available now as our hotel got booked, so we could not give you room, so please either you cancel your booking or talk to Booking.com, but we just can’t cater to you I had this horrifying experience late at night, even after talking to Hotel staff on phone before coming. Hotel manager and staff was very, very, very rude Even location is not correct. I have full feeling that treating their customer like this is their regular practice.

NillPls don't book a room here and waste your money. Phone did not work. Wifi not connected. TV not worked. Each time when I do compliant they said they will rectify. But didn't. Worst service.
