The most hopeless property and equally rude and pathetic staff. Worst staff behaviour and both mangers dont have the maners how to talk with coustomer and taking extra money with recipient if bill is 1500 they are taking 1800 rupees

The hotel reception guy as not behaved properly. My checkout time was by 11.00 Am but he didnt even informed me and called meat 12.45 and spoked rudely that so many peoples are waiting you get out from hotel. Is this the way the hotel will behave with the customer. I am terribly dissatisfied with that Guy. They should have called me by 10 or 11 to my mobile as i left out for nearby shop. They didnt even bother to call. I paid the delayed fee also . I was really disappointed with this hotel. Wifi was not working and the bathrooms are also not clean. The food they provided was totally mess. Cant even able to eat watery saambar , Idlies are very hard and nasty. Worst hotel i visited in my life. ||||OYO another one worst app. The oyo captain name SATHISH KUMAR he didnt even bother to call and ask what isthe situation and whether we are checked in or when we going to check out . I really want to make complain on this guy. I will be writting complain to OYO. When i tried to call him he didnt even pick up the call. What they really care about the customer. This was my first experience and the worst experience. I will never ever suggest this to my friends.

Good and spacious rooms. Affordable price. Easy to go to bus terminal. Near by freedom park for refreshment. Calm and lot of parking available. But toilet and Bedsheets are old and not feeling a fresh. Please give some attention to cleaning. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Morning breakfast is free but limited choice.

Looks modern from outside but horrible and Ill-maintained rooms. The bedsheets were stinky with visible dirt marks indicating that it wasn't sanitized. Same was the case with water jug and chair. The washroom was the most disgusting place to be with the most of the sanitary wares being unclean,rusty and not working. I booked this hotel only because of OYO app which has good rating for this hotel. The trick here is, while checking-out they take your mobile in the pretext of looking at booking id and give themselves a good rating. If you're looking for a stay at this locality then look for some other option as there are plenty of hotels available.

We had stayed in this hotel with my 10 month old son and the room was not at all air ventilated. We use to feel suffocated. The window shield was opening the blands up so the light also coudnt come in the room. So overall it was very dark and gloomy room with low lighting. Also the wifi usage had an upper cap of 500 MB and in our room we never got the signal properly so had to use the mobile data during our stay. ||||The only good thing about this hotel is its location. All the main tourist spots are very close by. So it saved a lot of time for us to travel around. ||||Also the restaurant staff was very good and smiling,

Good place to live, however don't expect much cleanliness. As such, the water jug in the rooms are not clean. Some rooms don't have shower. Hospitality is good, the staff respond quickly even at 2 am.
