I had a wonderful stay, and a big part of that experience was thanks to the excellent service provided by Sonaram and Sithal. Both were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. From check-in to room service, they ensured everything was smooth and comfortable.

The hotel is located in an ideal place. Very nearer to the Central Bus stand and Railway station. Extremely ideal place to conduct meetings and conferences especially for organizations spread over the entire India. The quality of food served at the restaurant attached to the hotel is very good. The quality of veg food was above par. Alternatively, Good restaurants are there just opposite the Hotel. Room services can be improved.

Excellent service support. I recommend this hotel to experience. F&B service was excellent. I would recommend to visit this hotel once. We have done a retailer meet in this hotel on 26th July and meeting went till midnight 12pm. But entire F&B team was present and serving was with smile on their face. This was never expected. Really great team. Special thanks to Anil Kumar, Shrikant, Kundan and Karthik.

Stayed here for 4days, through online booking, this was my business stay, these front office guys made my stay more comfortable, they are very humble, Ms. Simran she's really great to authorise everything, next time definitely will come with my Family,
