Chareged me two days.Hotel dint give any information on check out time during check in. No reminder call given to confirm . Booked for one day and they should have confirmed before.

If there was zero and negative ratings I would give.. do not book through online the numbers given are fraud they take advance booking payment and before payment he will say we will send u advance payment receipt after payment he won't receive call and do not confirm your room.. if u want to book visit or else better don't go to these kind of hotel

Worst hotel, staff behavior is rude, after 24 hrs they automatically switch off the power supply for the rooms and even after informed one hour late checkout at the time of checkin, they said OK but they won't allow you to stay one single minute after check out time. Very rude and less maintained rooms and washrooms. Entrance to this hotel is very worst.

Very average place but better than others in the immediate vicinity. Things were better before it became part of gostays. Now you will not get a room if you arrive before time and even if you manage the charge is Rs 500. Some rooms are better than others. The view from rooms is not worth it. Air conditioners leak at times. There are allergens in the air as cleanliness is not up to the mark. Room furniture is antique. The breakfast is average but that can be skipped as there are better places nearby. Room service food is absolute no-no as it’s way expensive and has no taste. On weekends the reception lobby is full is crowded with many people attending events. You can get some good deals on the prices when you book online.

Worst service ever. They have less staffing to customer ratio. The service is super slow. Cashier, table cleaners are also used for serving food. The men in blue seems like a manager/ cashier who was behaving arrogantly. Main items that should be present in an authentic north Karnataka food were missing(jhunka, chutney puDi, different pickles). When enquired the men in blue told that they have ran out of stock. Over all the food tasted good. But i would even give a negative rating for their service!

The hotel is located at walking distance from the Kempegowda bus stand and Bangalore City railway station. The room and the bathroom was clean. The linens provided were also clean. Although, the hotel doesn't have a restaurant yet there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel staff is very helpfull. Recommended for stay.

Rooms are good, But employees from manager to room boy were cheater. Only one person is good among all the staff members. I took room for one day in this hotel and at that time room boy tried to cheat us when we ordered food. We ordered fried rice and they charged 300rs, but they bought it from normal hotel which costs 90rs. Unfortunately boy left the bill in parcel, so that i came to know. Other guy is a manager who is a tongue twister. They won't think to cheat customers, when i visited 2nd time in the same weak after my visit to Mysore, this guy asked to pay us 1 day fee as advance. There is only advance booking in hotels, but i never saw any hotel asking for excess advance. He had argument and i asked to call the guy who gave room for me 2 days ago, he refused to call him and left the hotel and took another one. So beware and never ever visit this hotel. Save your money.
