Hotel apple suites

It’s an average experience. Rooms are small but ok for a couple. Dust bin is very disgusting in condition. Front office staffs are not behaving polite. Room boy is very kind. TV is working but set off box is not recharged. Location is calm and good.

No Housekeeping, No Maintenance & NO Cleaning During check-in, the room was dirty and not even clean.. Even the bedspread was not changed and the dustbin was not emptied (after the previous guest checkout) Housekeeping staff is VERY RUDE and never listens to you for any request.. (we requested for an additional pillow and the staff responded very harshly with a reply NO) Bed Bugs and musty smell with poor ventilation.. For every small requirement you need to visit the reception.. No complimentary water bottle and you need to pay for the water bottle.. This hotel is clearly looking for money with NO Service at all, reception staff are not welcoming.. Decent & safe Locality with lots of Restaurant options.. You could find better options nearby..

Good experience, ease of check-in, 24hrs checkout if not done on-line. Good service by the staff, all languages newspaper is available, huge n comfortable sitting at the reception.. u can coolly order food of your choice n get it delivered to your room.. tariff is worth the stay

They confirmed at 1,250/- per room. But when we brought our baggages they told they can not give us at less than 1,400/-.

great location and spacious rooms. But not clean. Felt like used bedsheets. They don't provide bottle water or coffee or tea bags but kettles are provided. I recommends this hotel as its near to bangalore central station and near to majestic and there are options for you to dine in
