Hotel ATG Royal Inn

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Both rooms I was given had bed bugs, even after changing rooms twice. The rooms were also smelly and poorly maintained . I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Go to this hotel to experience the cigarette smell in every corner of the hotel and beer bottles smell, reception guys are ridiculously rude who doesn’t even know to treat customers. One rating more for this hotel I don’t know how it got 4+, you have many more options out there and don’t waste your time here.

Stayed here with friends. Took a room for 4. It was spacious for the money we paid (more spacious than any room in a star hotel). Rooms were well maintained and check in was really smooth. The beds were comfortable and linen was clean and fresh. We enjoyed the stay||But there are cons too 1)The staff here just cant be quiet, we can hear them chatting even during nights - this is something the management should fix asap.||2) The bathroom is really small, they should have given some more space for it.

Worst experience.....don't book ever....Manager, Govind's attitude was like king...so rude to us..we are 2 family with 2 son...stay 2 days...1st day ac was not working....and other day he switched off our room's electric supply...our 2 sons were waiting in dark...n he replied that he is helpless....etc...so don't book ever...I request.... This is not a family-friendly hotel.. So don't booking advanced at this hotel without trust.

Reception staff was stupid he doesn't know how to treat customer he was rude don't go to this Hotel worst Rooms No clean cocroches are too much dirty smell I request you don't go this stupid hotel
