Capital O 15632 Shree Vare Comforts

The rooms are well maintained, and looking good. But some issues which I faced.. 1) some water taps were not working... 2) the first room which they have provided, in that AC was not working properly, after complaining they provided another room. 3) Online payment through OYO is not accepted here. I have paid the full amount while booking through OYO app. And at the time of check in they said to pay in reception to get the room! .

No fan, No proper service. They didnt give bucket, soaps, towel. Rooms are not cleaned properly. They gave dirtier blankets, changed when asked. No hot water coming, No AC remote. Only best thing is they gave room till 1PM without any extra charges.

I regret I could not rate below 1. This is kind of boys hostel rooms and worst hotel I have ever seen.. They did not allow check in at middle of night like 1 am .. I travelled from Ahmedabad and reached at 1 am. They did not allow me to get inside even. How insensitive people they are. I request oyo to stop collobaration with such rubbish rooms. They will risk you for corona also.. as there are many cases. Please stope booking this hotel. You will regret later.

The hotel is not clean and bedsheets pillows and washroom are very dirty. We then changed another room even the. That room was dirty they don't change the bedsheets after the use. Very bad

Waste of time and money. Worst hotel I have ever seen in the past. Stinching bed and toilet even the room is full of dust and hairs. It is not worth for 1star for posting sake I had put.

Isn't there any 0 star to give ....very very fantastic staff who's eyes will always be on rooms....can never forget their behaviour

We reached at 9am,so they charged 200/- for early check-in.and they didn't provide the complimentary breakfast they gave us lemon rice which we didn't ate..the worst thing is washroom..we asked them to clean again but after cleaning also it was bad..so totally 3/5
