Hotel O by OYO Sri Thirumala Lodge

It was a horrible experience. Room was dirty with smell. Fan was not working, Pillow was dirty.

The worst lodge I've ever been to. When I booked through Oyo, they didn't let me check in because they wanted more money. The Owner and staffs have very bad behaviour. Surroundings of the lodge are very ugly and dirty and also unsafe. Don't stay at this hotel even if you have to sleep at the bus stand.

Worst Place Our one-night stay turned into a nightmare. With an early morning flight ahead, we just needed a place to rest, but what we found was beyond disappointing. The stench hit us the moment we entered, and the untidiness was appalling. The receptionist's lack of manners added to the discomfort. The room was a disaster zone; it smelled awful, with visible dirt and debris scattered around. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The reality was a far cry from the polished photos advertised by Oyo. We wasted no time in booking another hotel and checking out. It was truly the worst experience imaginable.

Please do not believe just based on photographs. I payed, checked in, and entered the room for my stay. The room was completely dirty, with cigarete ash and an uncleaned bedsheet. The staff's behaviour was terrible, and they had no idea how to serve customers. Please do not choose this lodge. I'd never seen this kind of room in my experience.

All around the room area was unhygienic. Lift is not installed, the balcony was not covered with curtain. It's like we don't have any privacy there. Even there no curtain for room window also. Everyone can see us by crossing our room. Worst Experience. 😣 And, what they do is they will snatch your mobile and giving rate for the hotel themselves. Then i asked to the receptionist, that do you think that i can't review the hotel ?. He was just smiled and we left there. Bachelor can stay here, who wants enjoy like having alcohol and smoking. Not recommended for family and couple.
