Not good people, room charge is very high... Their checkout is also 10am instead 12pm... For water usage also they came and asked us why you are using water even for one day... Elder person is not supportive, if they are much concerned about money... As the demand they are charging people like anything.. so be careful while choosing this Balakrishna Rooms...

This cottage is located very near to the Gokarna main Bus stand.. Apart for this i don't see any other positive element about this cottage..

Hotel 🏨 Room quality Balakrishna nilaya it's not good show much money for room rent but Facility is zero over all Rooms are not good
