Miles Inn Hotel

The rooms look neat at 1st glance, but the pillows and beds are covered with their covers to cover how dirty their beds and stuffs. Washroom door lock was so tight we had to struggle to get out/in from the washroom once locked from either side. If asked to repair, their response was, you gotta adjust and cannot be repaired. It was pricey for the rooms and service that you get here. Went to the restaurant in the 1st floor for a dinner, ordered 2 veg briyanis and they were the worst and it took them ages to bring to our table. At last, food has to be wasted. Overall, other dishes were good. Not worth if you ask me just to stay.

They don't provide AC rooms, in non AC rooms you will be welcomed by lot of mosquitos and fan is mostly non functional, horrible experience. Receptionist boy is very rude. They don't even provide bathroom accessories (soap, shampoo) in the morning. For Breakfast no buffet was given. Didn't expect this service from the hotel. Shameful for the staff after over charging us. Pathetic 😡

Very nice place to stay... Manager Srijith and chef Umesh are very co-operative and makes guests very comfortable.. food is very yummy 😋

Hi This is one of the best economic hotel for me. They have big, small all kind of room. Food taste is very good. I visited 2 times here and enjoyed food especially. Thanks

Booked Rooms 404 & 408 on May 11, 2024. No hot water in bathrooms. Not recommended for stay with kids & family. AC not functional Worst experience

Worst service i would not recommend this place for dinning. They ruined our dinner, orders were not noted down properly, late service and the server had lots of attitude n the manager too. He was showing off as he was damn busy with customers but hardly two tables were occupied. They didn't even give us finger bowl n when asked them they gave finger bowl with cold water. The server told us to prepare hot water they need time and it's almost time to close the restaurant when it was only 10.15pm. this not someone's attitude towards the customer one who is running the hotel. Literally disappointed would never come to such a worst serving hotel who doesn't show respect to your coustomers.

The hotel is reasonably price and has got all the basic amenities. I had stayed in the hotel for a long 14 days (official travel). The Room is nice and the water is good. They also have started their own veg restaurant recently and the food there is really good. For non veg options, there is another restaurant ( Le Meridian) in the half basement. The staff and the owner of the hotel are really courteous and friendly.

I stayed with my family,we are fully satisfied in all aspects,rooms are very clean,24hrs hot water,AC is in good condition and best thing they have given breakfast as a complimentary, Breakfast was delicious 😋.Last but not least very humble and friendly staff. Thank you.
