The rooms are relatively small, but the location is excellent. The reception staff and overall service were very good. It's an ideal place for both families and business meetings — we even conducted a business meet here and had a great experience

This Hotel and Lodging is located very near to Mahaveer Circle popularly known as Pumpwell near to the centre of Mangalore city. This is quite a big lodge and there are 8 floors with lot of rooms. The place is maintained clean and the rooms are quite cozy . The tariff is budget friendly and the staff are courteous too. Another advantage is that there is plenty of parking space for customers. There is a restaurant in the ground floor too.

It was a very good place to stay as we had booked in an emergency. We totally did not expect to get a premium suite for just 3000 rupees. The room was fabulous and the service was top notch. The views from the balcony especially at around 7am was epic. Although it looks off in the photos,when u go in real life..it's awesome. The bed was a little hard but ok. The bathrooms were clean. It was such a good room that we stayed for an extra day. We would to stay again. Thank you.

yet another amazing find on google. dont get fooled by its low prices. i was absolutely taken aback that at such low pricing, we got such a spic n span room, very clean and good quality linen, everything about our 1 night stay here was amazing. room is a little small but it didnt matter to us since we were here for just a night stay. must stay place if you are looking to break your journey while passing thru mangalore.

The hotel staffs are unfriendly and tend to remain aloof so that nothing much can be asked for. Simply put most of the waiters are kaamchor. The boy at the reception, however, was polite and approachable. The deluxe rooms are not at all deluxe, they are ordinary AC rooms. The lifts are, however, fast and fairly new.

At night, we went to book a room and the staff who was attending there told us room was not there and behaving to us so badly then we told we will book through online. So the staff told ok book and rooms are there. Then why did they first tell lie that rooms are not there. They were behaving so badly. And one more people came asking for the same, same thing happened as they were behaving so badly. Poor experience I had. I used to come here for stay with my family and friends. Till. Now I didn't face like this. Poor hospitality and staff experience

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was left quite disappointed. Upon entering my room, I found it to be not only underwhelming but also lacking the cleanliness and comfort I had anticipated. The dining experience was even more discouraging; the food was truly subpar, lacking flavor and freshness. I overheard a conversation among the staff that raised alarm bells in my mind. It was suggested that the kitchen lacked a proper food license, a disturbing revelation in itself. To make matters worse, I learned that the water used for food preparation was pumped from sewage systems, and recycled water was being utilized for cooking. The implications of such practices deeply concerned me, as I couldn’t help but worry about the potential health risks involved. After one particularly troubling meal, I found myself feeling increasingly unwell, and soon after, I was struck by a severe bout of food poisoning. The situation escalated to the point where I had to be rushed to seek immediate medical assistance. This experience has left a lasting impression on me about the importance of food safety and hygiene in hospitality. I hope the management team is aware of all these.
