Hotel Citywalk Residency

- severely overpriced for the service. It’s located in a commercial complex with no proper parking, it’s not an individual property. Poorly maintained rooms. Which are not even cleaned everyday. Basic toiletries were not provided until asked. The toilet stinks even with the exhaust on. They don’t have a kitchen, you can’t order basic things like tea in-house. There’s no ventilation in the room. They’re stuffy and the AC kept going off every 15 minutes, it seems to have an autocut. It’s actually a lodge, the locals refer to it as one as well. Mentioning it as a hotel is misleading. I think the good reviews everywhere bought, we feel terribly bluffed.

It is more of a lodge than a hotel. The room was unclean, and housekeeping is done only on alternate days, with inadequate ventilation. Bedsheets and other linens were not hygienic. There is no proper parking facility and also basic bathroom essentials are not provided.

The rooms were quite Good compared with the rent, value for money given that we spent only The rooms were clean. The service was on time and good manners. The bathroom and bed was clean, mosquito attack felt some time.

The people in the reception don't know the meaning of hospitality, the tone changes during the check out. Mr. Allen receptionist gone crazy during checkout as I stayed exactly 40 mins more for which we had priorly informed. He treated me as if I'm in debt to the whole property. And even the price is not reasonable, for the kind of service they provide.

The rooms were quite decent. It's placed at a great place near State bank. The Fiza mall was at a walkable distance and the amenities were great. It was quite value for money given that we spent only 1.3k per night. The rooms were clean. The service was on time. The bathroom was clean. We can't expect anything more at this price.

Really nice room, value for money. Free Wi-Fi , hot water , ample of space. Perfect place to be. A good hotel to stay in Mangalore clean room with A/c I would definitely stay here again in future

I just visited Hotel Citywalk Residency in the previous month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and A good hotel to stay in Mangalore clean room with A/c I would love to visit again

Please don't visit this hotel I am here trying to sleep at 4 am in mangalore humid weather with the "AC NOT WORKING THEY TOLD IT WAS AN AC ROOM"" I hate my experience here after paying five thousand rupees
