They've improved. Seems like the cheapest paints in the market are orange and yellow. If the colour scheme was to attract attention then it is partly doing the job even though on the flip-side it gives it a very low-market low-quality look. Not premium-level service apartments but ideally located in open clean surroundings on DC office road close to everything.

It was a very pleasant stay, decent place and very courteous staff. Special mention to the manager who obliged for a couple of hours of early check in and also held on to our luggage while we were out after the checkout. Highly recommend the stay

Spacious three rooms . Front open balcony. Surroundings were posh. Reasonable rates. Door delivery of the food was only a phone call away within half an hour .Owner and staff were polite. Due to ac,fridge ,solar hot water & TV it was a homely atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay. More attention could be given to cleanliness of bathrooms .

Worst stay i ever had in my life. Had booked 3 double bed rooms. But got only 2 rooms. When asked for refund for 1 room, he gave only 40% amount. The rooms are worst. Bathrooms are dirty flush doesn't work. The power goes off and no backup. Fan is full of dust. Bed is full of dust. Never recommend this place.

The rooms are not cleaned properly. Bedsheets/Towels provided were not not proper. Very lazy watchman/staff, neither supportive nor guiding Location wise its pretty convenient as located in prime area. They have lot of scope for improvement Not an impressive stay
