Utterly Mismanaged. Beware of reviews, you’ll find AHD Amilla Comforts & ADH Amilla Residency as two different place in Google Maps. Note both are same. 2 star only because the owner is well spoken and understandable. Stay out of it.

Worst rooms. Rest rooms were very bad. The cot is even worst. May be they would have brought 10 to 15 years ago. Online reference were false no toiletries. Flush in restroom were not working.This was very cheap stay.not recommend for anyone.

Very bad experience in this hotel. Rooms are not cleaned well. Toilet also pathetic. Not cleaned properly. Bathroom amenities were also not provided. I booked three AC rooms. There was some sound coming from the AC while it's working. Altogether so bad.

Best service and the rooms r really big enough. Karan one of the staff is really the best , friendly staff and environment to stay in.

Receptionist was very good and provided with whatever you want. Karan sir was really good.. And helped alot while our stay

The room was not at all neat and clean. Service was very poor. Bathroom was very bad. Pls try to find decent hotels for the money.

Very bad rooms very bad service very bad stafffff. me and my family booked a double room and when we got there at night, they gave us two single beds in one room and said if you want you can take or cancel ,this is the only thing left .I went there with advance payment and then we had to leave. I have never seen such a bad staff behavior till date very bad. No one should be fooled by their fraud by making advance payment .ഇനിയും ഇവരുടെ ചതിയിൽ അഡ്വാൻസ് പെയ്മെൻറ് ചെയ്തു ആരും വഞ്ചിതരാകരുത്.

Really good this one hotel everything is fantastic this is service or everything good person Karam is office and room service is fantastic Karm is also very good comfortable
