OYO 49418 K F Comforts

It's very bad. I have booked and paid online through oyo while checked-in he was asking me to pay again, after a lot of discussion he was like as you are girl im giving room for free, what the hell. i hace told how you are giving for free i havr already paid through online. He told me do whatever you want if I'm not going to give room what you will do. And he was like he is not getting amount from oyo, if that is the case he should fight with oyo instead of playing with customers. I suggest you guys, please don't book the room if you book also go and pay there only otherwise you will face same problem like me. And rooms are very small, smelling not good. And oyo people charged 700+ for single room which is not even cost of 300. My parents are also disappointed with this booking.

Hotel staff is a big cheat. I booked the hotel initially for 800/- INR and on the day of arrival, they cancelled this old booking saying the rates have now increased asking us to pay 1200 or leave. Would not recommend it to anyone specially people looking for a reliable booking option.

During check out the staff seems to be the manager asked me to show my mobile. As soon as he took the Mobile he opened the oyo app and rated 5 /5 . He told us he wants the mobile to see an invoice number. But he puts rating for his hotel. It's a below average hotel, with average cleaniliness.

I call this as ruins..not place for tourist I booked in oyo for 2 rooms but in real got only one room for the price of two. Staff and owners of this ruin is only money motive No hot water No room service No TV NO proper door for bathroom [ in our room]

Wish I could have rated 0. I booked via oyo and they asked us to pay more on arrival. Considering the time I went on to check rooms and found it disappointing and cancelled my stay.

No zero star here Please don't stay here this is not hotel I suggest no1 useless hotel Incase if you want to stay this hotel better to stay Mysore platform is fine

Worst rooms for family. Staff also not good.maintanance is poor. When i went they asked extra cash.my suggestion don't go for it
