Hotel Garden City

I had booked Hotel Garden City through Make My Trip. My experience was very bad. I had booked the hotel for 5 days. We reached the hotel late night and found that it was locked even though I had mentioned at the time of booking that we Will come late night, after waiting for an hour, opened the lock of the hotel, the night manager was very rude, within 5 days no one came for cleaning even a single day, the window of the room was closed and was not opening, when I told the manager. He said that The window will remain closed. If you want to stay then stay otherwise you can leave. The staff was very rude. It was a very bad experience. My suggestion would be not to book this hotel online or offline.

A good stay if you are only staying at night and exploring city at day time. Room maintenance -> good. Bathroom / toilet -> good. Hot water -> available in the morning after around 7 am. Hotel Staff -> responsive. Parking -> available for bikes (don't know about car) Nearby lot more restaurants available particularly for veg there is a restaurant named "maddur Tiffany", affordable price, quality food... Hotel is nearby railway junction and bus stations.

Hotel Location is good, but very small narrow clumsy car parking space. Very old building. No lift available, very hard for ages peoples to reach 3rd floor rooms. Room is clean and neat. Bathroom is also clean. Generic Hot water available at morning time only.No geyser available. Fan is making very irritating sound whole night. Ground floor of the same building have a non vegetarian canteen, our room was the just above. As we are vegetarians, it's was very different when we open the windows. Totally I can say it's Ok Ok, not best not worst stay.

I am currently staying at the lodge now. I see that this is a Retro hotel, where one can remember old days especially where people belong to 80s or 90s era 1) Yes, rooms are OK, not good.. Not bad.... 2) Hot water is limited from 6 am to 9am post which nothing works out if Guests require hot water for Showering. 3) TV is absolutely old which reminds me of those first COLOUR television with a large HUMP behind it Channels are absurd, only 12 are available of which One is Tamil One is Star Moviea One is Hindi Colors channel One is Kannada News Rest are those White Bacteria background 4) WiFi wasnt working since yesterday and Flickers often 5) No proper restaurants nearby... Have to walk a distance of 500 mtrs to dine at a good one 6) Bathroom lacks Faucet which is Mandatory for all Indians. Wish the management adheres to customers needs as Technology has evolved a lot but this lodge are lacking all. I believe this is good to book during Dussehra during last minute stay, else I will not recommend it. Today the 17 Oct 2024, my room stay came. To end and I was advised NOT TO ENTER MY Room until I paid the next day amount. This is absolutely horrendous to me as I never ever experienced a Shitty hotel like this one And I feel pity to those who arrive at night but are asked to vacate the next day by 12 pm All hotels have a check out time of 24 hours, this one has just 12 hours A pathetic hotel that I ever found. No matter what complaints they receive, Customers still flaunt this hotel... Management aren't worried about hotel reviews...

Budget friendly stay. Just used it for freshup. If you are looking for a budget friendly stay you can definitely go for it. Bathroom amenities were not proper.

Excellent location for Daserah Fest . Just sit relax and watch the fest parade from windows. Below food stall available. Excellent family budget hotel.

I stayed for one day here.Nice Hospitality.Very budget friendly and comfortable.It is located near to most of the attractions of Mysuru.Dedicated Parking place is available for vehicles(all). Two Drawbacks: Lot of noise due to road side and not properly tight lock windows. They Charge minimum 100 per each hour for early checkin .

Refrain from using this hotel, it's expensive not upto the mark. I'll not recommend this kind of hotel, also some hidden charges are there...
