Hotel Maitri

Right now we are staying in this hotel.pathetic is not the word it's such bad experience here.they charge so high n not even providing basic tissue,hand wash,soap towel nothing we asked for one extra pillow so called this big hotel doesn't have one extra pillow N bed cover n pillow covers looks so shabby . Their resturant Ashirwad is so pathetic food n no service.they juat come n keep the food on your table you have to serve yourself don't know what kind of business this owner is running. I recommend don't step into this hotel for food n lodging both

We stayed for three days at this Hotel in first week of May 2024. Rooms are comfortable but all three days rats lived with us.The service is not good, no service boy is available.

Really pathetic.. 😞 This is just name sake a veg hotel. If you check the owners name you won't book this hotel. Beware ⚠️

Hotel is awesome and located in perfect place with reasonable cost.... I loved the Food taste. I can say it "Must Try". Staff behaviour is not good. I had been with my family but something went wrong in canteen & I was not in scene. Staff was not ready to say sorry to close the matter. Managers were not supportive to customer compliant rather threatening. If staff issue was not their, I would really call this hotel to the standards of STAR hotel....

I didn't stay there coz I didn't know about it. But there restaurant was highly recommended by the manager of the hotel where I was staying. It's an excellent vegetarian restaurant with both North Indian and South Indian food. Very clean and well maintained. Staffs are very very cordial and helpful. They always serve with a smile. And about food, they are super tasty and budget friendly. Quality and quantity both are very good. I must visit there if I go there again.
