Very bad experience. Earlier morning we inquired about the room. There was some lady at reception very well mannered. I bargained about and made sure she gives me bottom price. However, when I reached in the evening so that we can checkout, we came across a very unprofessional, arrogant man who lacked basic manners(he probably an owner). He asked for more price that was quoted earlier by the woman. Fraud hotel. Fraud service. Fraud owner. I will never recommend tourist such hotel where owner lacks basic integrity of price quoted.

I do not recommend this lodge to anyone. We had a very bad experience with the manager, who was extremely rude and lacked basic manners. We had paid 2200 upfront, but after seeing the room in person, we decided to cancel immediately because the condition of the rooms was nothing like the photos shown online. The pictures were clearly misleading, and the actual rooms were poorly maintained and not worth the price at all. Despite canceling right away, they refused to return our money, which is completely unfair and unprofessional. Overall, a disappointing and frustrating experience. Think twice before booking here.

I would have given an excellent 5star review but there were some flaws. Staff manager and services were excellent but there is a bar that too MRP shop right next to the hotel and they were creating rucks outside which no one would like especially if you are with family. Online price of this hotel was different but when i went there it was a different price. If you guys are going with friends then I'll recommend this.

The room was manageable for 1 night. They showed me one room but gave me another. They have different prices online and in person and the staff was a little curt. However, they did provide little things that we asked for. Ok to stay for a night as a pit stop! Central location, very convenient.

Rooms are good and clean. Budget friendly. Reception team support is good and available for 24x7. Hotel location is near to Railway Station and Bus Complex. Suitable for budget seekers. Hot water is available from Morning 6:30 only.
