Worst hotel ever. No cleaning, broken bathroom appliances and charges too much. Jet spray was damaged, upon calling the manager is talking rudely. And we found bedbugs. No cleaning.

Worst experience in the whole mysuru. Do not opt for stay at all. The place is extremely overpriced, has no value of privacy as same room will be given to multiple people without asking the initial guest who booked the room. Even the reviews arefake and are provided by the owners themselves. I will not recommend this place at all

The worst hotel for family and couples . We had booked this hotel from a guy near rlwy station and were assured about lift and hot water But nothing is there

1) DONOT TRUST AUTO PEOPLE 2) Donot prefer Friends residency There are multiple reasons for this review No hot water (in July month) Bath room has no lock No cleanliness Service is WORST While booking, they said hot water is available all the time After payment, they said hot water available only from 6am to 9am. We reached at 11:30am, and wanted 2 rooms and paid in total with security deposit and waited for an hour They gave only one room at 12:30am, as we were in a hurry we left and came back at 8pm, and took another room. Even the mistake is on their end and they want us to checkout 12pm only the next day.

Very bad experience the rooms were very small not clean and toilets leaking and very dirty no other facilities r provided. Too expensive for a tiny room and extremely rude staff. Please don't listen to the auto drivers to find a room yourself after seeing online reviews. They first took 100 rupees extra from us saying they will give it during checkout while we were leaving they were very rude to us and did not give us our money back saying wt r we even going to do with 100 rupees. Please don't stay here worst experience ever.
