Hotel Dewan's Residency, Mysore Deluxe rooms

Worst Experience Ever Due to dussehra, They will be cancelling our bookings if any of you have booked at lower cost and they will handover the room to others for double charge and they will tell you there are no rooms available. They will behave rude and say this is not the right platform for booking our room. Guys, How do people know which is the right platform for booking your room. It's your responsibility to remove your hotel from the platforms which you are not in or atleast tell some believable reasons.

It all started when me and my friends were looking for a room to stay for the night. The management was the worst ever, the staff are friendly but the owner is passive agressive. Coming to the room itself, it was the worst 3 bedroom stay you can ever find! The bedspread were not changed from previous stay along with the fan not working and dusty cup boards and windows. The tv did not switch on, along with loose sockets! Room service was very bad and also they charged extra 100 once we started looking for a new stay. If you could find any other stay other than this, please do go there. Do not make the mistake we made.

We have visited this residence for 3 times from past 2 years, and this is my first choice as well whenever we visit Mysooru. It's completely a stay for middle class people. They are affordable with satisfactory Ambience. Incharge person Akash and other workers are very friendly and helpful. Since I already mentioned this is completely for middle class people, people having some OCD issues can expect satisfactory cleanliness and moderate ambience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was struck by the lack of cleanliness—there was a strong smell of cigarettes throughout the property, and I found empty alcohol bottles in several areas. After just 10 minutes of checking in, I tried to express my concerns to the owner, but he was dismissive and unresponsive. When I requested to vacate the hotel and get a refund, he was rude and confrontational. The overall environment was very unwelcoming and poorly maintained. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel to save yourself the hassle and disappointment

Staff is very nice specially the owner ,they are very cooperative and helpful. Hotel is old and it need some maintenance. I had a nice experience there .

It is a very bad hotel. Would not recommend it. No room service, dishonest people. Edit 1: The hotel says they served me exactly like others. Infact, their staff was rude, when I asked for hot water at checking in they said it would be 24/7. The next day, before I had to leave for interview at 5 in morning, all their staff was sleeping, And just told me in half sleepy state they do not have hot water. Definitely not sure you know what 24/7 is

Only advantage is service and nearby places. It's near to railway station. I booked 2bed room through mmt and when I reach they said its not available and asked extra amount of 200rs to provide 3bed room. That 3 bed room is not completely 3bed. 2bed is separate and 1bed is like hospital which we cannot sleep on it.
