I could not rate this hotel less than 1, else would have given a negative rating. Highly priced for the amenities offered Rooms were pathetic, taps are repaired and you can hardly get hot water and that too the shower was repaired and got a single string of water. The staff is very unprofessional and the location is not ideal place to stay with family. Took a lot of time to locate the hotel. I had to check out just within an hour of check in and staff were least bothered to even ask the reason Don’t get deceived by the photos on google.

I recently stayed at Livaana in Mysuru, and while there were some positives, I faced a few challenges during my visit. Room Quality: The room itself was quite nice—spacious, clean, and comfortable. It provided a pleasant environment to relax after a long day of exploring the city. Booking Issues: Unfortunately, I encountered some issues with the booking process. It was a bit frustrating trying to sort things out, and it could have been handled more smoothly. Front Desk Staff: The front-end staff could have been more attentive and helpful. While they were polite, there seemed to be a lack of urgency in addressing my concerns, which added to the overall inconvenience. Overall Impression: In summary, while Livaana offers good rooms and a pleasant stay, the booking issues, less-than-stellar front desk service detracted from my overall enjoyment. The hotel is located at an alley off Main Road. The location is accessible but may find it difficult to reach. The room is big spacious and clean. The bathroom is also kept clean but needs some obvious repairs. Didn't order any food from the restaurant. The staff behavior is excellent. Overall, I would recommend your next stay in Mysore.

Booked 3 luxury rooms at Livaana for family with kids and senior citizens and had an extremely under whelming experience and bad customer service. 1. No flexibility in providing even 1 room even 30 minutes before check-in time. All they say is early check-in is chargeable. 2. Then without asking you they downgrade 1 out of your 3 rooms and the reception guy asks you to "adjust" in that room touting another room is bigger. 3. Most annoying thing is they call you at 7 am when you are sleeping to ask if you want Tea/Coffee and when you actually order one they take >30 minutes to get it.

I booked the hotel seeing its proximity to many visiting places but the experience was below satisfactory. The staff here is very rude towards visitors and they are extra bad if you're a North Indian. The room isn't well ventilated and therefore it stinks especially in rainy season. Bed sheets were dirty and overall cleanliness was pathetic. I booked it for ₹1500/day but it shouldn't cost more than ₹1000/day. Above it, don't even think of booking it. And about the postive reviews , I think they all are fake.

I had booked a room via hostelworld and i had book 4 weeks in advance so i got at discounted price from other peers. But 2 days before my checkin I received a msg from property that its cancelled. I checked in with hostelworld but its confirmed from their end. Now i know that property wants to cancel my booking and now if i reach there and they cancel my booking i will be in difficult situation. I am sure property wants to cancel my booking at last moment and i checked with them and they are saying hostel world asked to cancel but they are confirming my reservation. I am disappointed with property that they are directly informing me without hostelworld . It seems they want me to cancel my booking
