Yuvraj Palace Inn

This was the most disappointing stay for me. We booked for delux room which didn't have latch inside. The lock was smart lock which had no smart card but keys. No privacy ❌ The cleaning staff lack basic etiquette, they didn't knock before entering the room. Delux room didn't have TV remote, when we asked for TV remote they kept on dodging us, finally they gave the remote and there was no cable service. We asked for an extra towel on the first day of stay which was given the next day evening. If there was an option to give minus stars, I would give them -5 stars. 😔

Front office was good enough.. bath room too smelly and made a complaint room brings room spray and gone. Again morning time same happened called him did the same. I was a bit hurry to move for a meeting bathroom tap and shower is not working called many times after 20- 25 minutes one person came and checked.. he said will arrange another room. Unfortunately I was prepared for taking bath with towel and I said I cannot move like this, asked him to bring water to my bath room.. But kept me waited for another 30 - 40 minutes get water… I don’t know why this people provides service like this

The stay was really nice and specious rooms and with all the basic facilities with proper ambience and the service they provide it was very good front desk Ms.Roja she is very polite she made our stay very comfortable we will recommend to friends and family well

Good place to stay, city center though, you won't get any hotels or any shops near by.. Service was not good. Ac remote was not working, even the staff didnt help me on that. Had to stay with 24 degree only during my entire stay. It was like there is no ac effect at all in the noon and in the night it was cool, had to switch it off, no other option..

The worst hotel. Terrible experience. Employees in charge have not master keys of the rooms. In emergency the manager don't respond. Nobody should check in. It's literally wastage of money. AC and Phone, both are useless. Doors of washrooms are diffectiv.

Bahut bahut hi khrab service he , hot water not working, pH not working, service boy not working, es hotel yuvraj very very bad service. Don't come this hotel.
