The swimming pool was the only aspect that felt worth it.

I recently stayed at Livaana in Mysuru, and while there were some positives, I faced a few challenges during my visit. Room Quality: The room itself was quite nice—spacious, clean, and comfortable. It provided a pleasant environment to relax after a long day of exploring the city. Booking Issues: Unfortunately, I encountered some issues with the booking process. It was a bit frustrating trying to sort things out, and it could have been handled more smoothly. Front Desk Staff: The front-end staff could have been more attentive and helpful. While they were polite, there seemed to be a lack of urgency in addressing my concerns, which added to the overall inconvenience. Overall Impression: In summary, while Livaana offers good rooms and a pleasant stay, the booking issues, less-than-stellar front desk service detracted from my overall enjoyment. I hope they can address these concerns for future guests.

The hotel is located at an alley off Main Road. The location is accessible but may find it difficult to reach. The room is big spacious and clean. The bathroom is also kept clean but needs some obvious repairs. Didn't order any food from the restaurant. The staff behavior is excellent. Overall, I would recommend your next stay in Mysore.

Overall not a bad experience but services has a lot that can be improved. Lady Receptionist would not sound even 1% welcoming, forget about complementary refreshments upon arrival, you wouldn't even get a smile. Later during the day we had asked for extra towels as we got wet in the rain, the answer from reception was that the hotel is fully occupied and due to rainy weather we have ran out on towels. When we checked into our room, some dishes were outside of the room maybe left by previous guests, later on till the evening the dishes were still there.

I booked the hotel seeing its proximity to many visiting places but the experience was below satisfactory. The staff here is very rude towards visitors and they are extra bad if you're a North Indian. The room isn't well ventilated and therefore it stinks especially in rainy season. Bed sheets were dirty and overall cleanliness was pathetic. I booked it for ₹1500/day but it shouldn't cost more than ₹1000/day. Above it, don't even think of booking it. And about the postive reviews , I think they all are fake.

1. Coffee was not served after ordering it from room. We were told that the attendant had gone to get milk from the shop. 2. Rooms weren't cleaned and tea cups/empty bottles weren't cleared even after indicating it in the main door. 3. The starters(chicken pepper dry & one paneer dish ordered were the worst we've ever had. 4. One of the room attendant was heard saying that we will not be given an extra pillow(even though they gave an extra bed/mattress for the extra person staying. 5. There weren't any specific alcohol/drinking glasses in the hotel. We had to drink with the tall water glasses found in cheap hotels/restaurants.

I order food from the restaurant Food Also Super Tasty. The staff Mr.Tejas & Sujatha behavior is excellent. Overall, I would recommend your next stay in Mysore.
