OYO 86939 Hotel Jayanag

I was shocked once I reach the hotel and asked to wait because the room which I booked in advance it’s not vacated. We have to wait for a while then they give us one key after arguing and said we will give you another key after some time. When I asked I have booked 2 rooms in advance you have to be preplanned and should not allocate the room to others. The way he was talking it’s really awkward for me and my family. After one hr he has given another key, once we go to the room it was not clean. Cleaning boy was cleaning and asked us to wait outside. It was really not worth to book rooms in advance. No drinking water and toiletry items provided by hotel. ||In short- very poor service, no customer delight, service boy is not supportive, no in house restaurant, no parking space, very bad hospitality.

I have booked the room for the one day and i have paid for two days because, few hours of early check-in and booked for room family suite With A/c and onsite they have not offered the same, for the rate which i have booked online, booking.com. When i reached a hotel they said there is no rooms available and after arguing with them, then only allocated room for me which is not i have booked room exactly. very worst experience ever. rooms are stink.

I've been in at least 15 hotels in India and that's definitely the worst one. Dirty (previous guests feces in toilet, that can't be flush), shower that can't be turned off(every night I heard leaking water), rude staff.

Extremely bad attitude of staffs and management!! You cannot expect any kind of hospitality here... Instead take the hotel which is adjacent to it... Their behaviour is so disrespectful that it will spoil your complete stay...

Hotel Jayanag is located in the central area, 0.5 km from KSRTC stand and 1 km from Mysore junction. Palace Indira Gandhi Manav Anusndhan Sangrahalaya and Philomena Church are within walking distance. Room condition, room service are average. Due to lift failure, we had to climb stairs frequently.

We were charged Rs. 2700 but the nominal rates are around Rs. 1800. Average hotel.
