Not recommended for Families. Worst hotel experience 1/5 ( 1 for location) Broken furnitures, Rooms are not clean & Stained Bedsheets bathrooms are pathetic. Badly maintained A/C Staff behavior is very rude and bad. Not even ready to give an extra bed!(which they promised while booking the room). Not recommend and will never visit again. Room - 1 Bathroom -0 Location - 5 Service - 1 Nb: Many Hotels are around the area please consider this one as a last resort.

My friend had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. He called me right after, and I've never heard him sound so upset. He's an NBFC auditor who frequently travels to audit his company branches, and he always stays at this hotel when he comes to Mysore for work. However, this time, things went terribly wrong. After staying for 10 days and paying ₹9,000, he politely requested a one-hour grace period due to a bus delay. Shockingly, the receptionist not only refused but also spoke to him very rudely. This is no way to treat a loyal customer. If this is how the hotel staff behaves, I’m surprised it's still running, especially after the receptionist claimed it’s been around for 30 years. I seriously question how it's survived with such terrible customer service. It’s deeply concerning, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values respectful treatment. Too bad.

It's not good for family person there are several used condoms in bathroom window and toilet cover is Broken. Blanket is foul smelling and I think they didn't washed blanket since ages. Please do not visit this lodge, I felt very unsafe

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Very bad behaviour from staffs. Don't know how to behave to customers. I had a very bad experience with the receptionist. Will Never ever come to this bullshit hotel. When i said that i will definitely put a negative review, what they said is you can do whatever you want, we doesn't care about the reviews because we are not providing online services. How can a hotel faculty behave like this. Tooo bad....

Worst hotel experience of my Life! Rating:1/5 This hotel only accepts cash payments, refusing all cashless options I was shoked when l checked in and was told they dont accept online payments.the staff and management bluntly instuced me to withdraw cash from the nearby ATM When questioned, the management showed no willingness to revise their attitude. Dirty rooms with stained sheets and broken furniture and bathroom meterials I've never experienced such blatant disregard for customer comfort and satisfaction.the management was confrontational and unapologetic. Do not, waste your money on this dump.

Beds and Bedsheets are very dirty. Washroom also. Staff were continuously staring us. Not safe for Ladies. Worst experience!

I had worst experience with the staff in that lodge. That people are very arrogant and rude. Every month my colleagues were taken rooms there. They also provide bad services. They don't have a good management system. The sad thing is that their manager is a Malayali. He does not have any role there. One arrogant man sitting in the reception and shouting to the customers every time.

Bad service with uncultured people.uncomfortable place for ladies and gents.Rash behavior against the customer. Waste of money,how rudely they are talking to customers. How can this kind of people can satisfy the customer. I'm done with this hotel. Bullshit...
