NillWould recommend only for a single overnight stay. Went there with family, and rooms were very unclean. Bedsheets, pillow covers were stained all over, bathrooms were stinking of feces and had insects. Took a lot of effort from our side to get them to clean up.

NillThere is nothing positive about the property. The worst experience we ever had here. People are really irresponsible. We have booked triple deluxe room but they gave us standard double room. And room was really in bad shape. Refrigerator wasn’t working and wifi wasn’t working. Water was leaking from tap. Bed linens were dirty. They haven’t provided toilet paper and even drinking water. Next day they gave us deluxe room but there AC wasnt working. No toiler paper and molds on sofa, dirty linens

NillVery dirty rooms. No cleaning at all. Directly given to next guest for check-in. Most of the time no staff available in the reception, need to wait long for someone to come and attend us. They gave room for half an hour before checkin time and charged 300rs extra. When calling Oyo they told they will allow for early check-in if room is available. The hotel was empty when we arrived but still we got charged 300 for half an hour. Rooms smell like smoke. Cigarette buds in room and bathroom while checkin. No towel, soap, water bottle or wifi password given. We also booked triple room and they gave us a standard room only. I hope Oyo takes action.

NillBeware of this scam from OYO. I had a very bad experience with my stay in Aavass Inn, mysore. I booked via booking.com and OYO. OYO got some group booking just before our stay and they told that our booking was in over booking when I reached mysore and called them that I will reach hotel in 30 minutes. I booked my hotel in october last week only. Once after I reached hotel, hotel staff told there is no room available even though they had room available. Also OYO customer care were very rude and not co operative. They just want to make more money by cancelling earlier booking and selling the same room for higher price. Alot of back and forth conversations and finale I told them to open the checkin list for that particluar day then they were caught they just blocked the rooms who paid more money and put our confirmed booking in over booking. Then I told them that I will call police, after that got scared they gave room us. I just want to let you know of this scam. They will block the room who will pay more money and put yours under over booking. My suggestion is to check the who checked in on that particluar day and if required involve police. If you dont fight you will not get the room.

NillWe experienced extremely poor customer service. Two ladies with two children, we had made our booking a month in advance. However, upon arrival, the hotel informed us that they didn't have rooms available due to overbooking. Disappointingly, they didn't offer to book alternative accommodations for us. What's worse, they failed to notify us about the issue even a day in advance, leaving us stranded and inconvenienced.

NillWorst customer service. We have booked 2 rooms well in advance and even made the payment. Still we didn’t get the rooms and the manager said there was over booking and it will be assigned only on first come first serve basis. Unprofessional behaviour by the manager. Avoid this place at any cost and better look for some good hotels nearby.

NillThe room was spacious—hurrah! But wait, there’s more: The minifridge was a decorative piece. The AC? Out of commission until a Herculean effort by the staff revived it. No telephones, because who needs to call the front desk in a hotel? And room service? Virtually non-existent, leaving me to rely on Zomato for sustenance. The cherry on top? When I requested tea the next morning, I was asked to pay first—because nothing says “We value you” like an advance for a cup of chai. The Saving Grace The only bright spot in this comedy of errors was the cab driver, who was polite, knowledgeable, and ensured our sightseeing was a joy. If only the hotels had been half as competent. Lesson Learned Never again will I fall for the promises of Oyo listings or smooth-talking managers. Mysore, you were beautiful, but Aavass Inn and its sidekick Kings Kastle made sure my boarding experience was a tragicomedy I’ll never forget.

NillThe check in process is not at all smooth. They do not even accept card payment. It takes multiple requests to get a towel/soap or water bottle. The rooms are clear but washroom is not. TV not working, Geezer not working. Over all very bad service.
