Do Not Stay Here – Absolute Nightmare! This hotel is a disaster on every level. Here’s why you should avoid it: 1. Horrible Check-In Experience: Booking through MyTravaly leads to horrible check-in, with delays and mismanagement right from the start. 2. False Advertising: The rooms you see online are a complete lie. What you’ll actually get are filthy, poorly maintained, and nothing like the pictures. 3. Serious privacy Risk: The bathroom in my room had a door leading directly to the terrace with a broken lock. This means anyone from the terrace could enter your bathroom—a massive safety concern. 4. Rats around Room: Yes, rats! Not only were they around the room but also in the ceiling, making so much noise that I had to almost think to leave in the middle of the night with my child to find another place to stay. This place is unsafe, unhygienic, and utterly mismanaged. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away!

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The screens in the room were very small, and the room itself was visible from outside the building, which made it uncomfortable to change clothes. The entrance was under renovation, making it extremely difficult to access the facility, and I almost fell into the exposed sewage. Additionally, the bathroom door couldn’t be closed, and basic amenities such as towels, soap, and water bottles were not provided, despite being listed. There was also no kettle, and the beds were quite uncomfortable. Overall, I expected better based on the description.

My stay was quite disappointing. The room had very small screens, and being visible from outside made it uncomfortable to change. Very poor hospitality under Treebo brand. Room was filthy, smelly. Beds were dirty. Mosquitoes all over. At least they provided repellents on demand. It is present in very prime location near to KSRTC bus stand. The receptionist was not very attentive, using phone all the time. Property might look like the one in photo but only from the outside. Rooms are in a pretty bad state. Not properly maintained. Expected better from Treebo as we are a loyal customer of it for last few years. Someone started banging the door after we checked in searching for some tablets

The rooms were old but good for a one night stay, as my plan was in the itinerary for this trip. Clean, spacious and well kept. The service staff were also very kind and friendly and have helped us even in the smallest requests. Complimentary breakfast came at 8:30am sharp, and even got water at 4:30am in the morning. Nice experience.

The room was very good, neat and clean. I was given room No.16, which was very comfortable. The staff were very courteous. Very near to Mysore bus stand.

Room cleanliness should be improved. Beds weren’t that clean , should improve. Bathroom was clean . Room was spacious enough for the price. Prime location nearest to public transports. Room service can be improved but was decent. Overall a comfortable stay, if beds, and room service improves.

Worst experience ever. There was no water since I checked in at 8pm yesterday till the time I checked out today at 8am. The receptionist was least bothered about any complaints and he was busy playing games on phone. There was not towel or shampoo provided. After using the loo there was no water to flush and handset. Ultimately horrible experience and request everyone not to book here so that your stay purpose is not spoiled.
