Absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They gave us rooms on fourth floor and didn't mention that the lifts don't work. There were hundreds of cockroaches in the room and snake sized lizards on the wall. The staff didn't do anything about it when I mentioned. They didn't have clean bathrooms, dirty water. Overall pathetic. I would give -5 if possible.

Very worst experience. They bought room charges for 2days and gjve a words with AC rooms. After booking they said its not a AC Room, you've paid for NON-AC ROOM. We're experienced a worst experience and now experiencing now currently

The hotel is very big. There is ample space for vehicle parking. But other things are not good at all. The room was dirty, extra two mattresses were provided but they were very dirty. If you are taking money, you should give a clean mattress. The hinge used to close the door is also broken. The next morning the light in the room went off and when we left the room the light came on. (Only the lights in our two rooms were off, all the rest were on). The person at the hotel just came to look and left.

Waste of money. The rooms were extremely smelly and dirty. The tap wasn't working. The receptionist's behavior towards the client was not at all acceptable. The smell of the room was unbearable. Money was taken in full. Won't recommend anyone.

If there was any option of giving zero star that would be fine for this hotel .There were coachroaches everywhere and in all rooms .The first room was having fully broken toilet and then they shifted to another room and found at least 25 coachroaches and then shifted to another room with somewhere less coacroaches.There were Zero maintenance and cleanliness was at mercy of God. There is no working shower in any room and you will have to use sirty bucket for bathing.Even they were no bath mat provided and entire room was like a mess. Bathroom was having 3-4 black colored reptile like creature under tiles and every horrifying .During entire process of shifting to one room and another room , I lost my mobile charger .

The room was filled with cockroaches and lizard. The staff was rude and they did not provide basic amenities like towel and soap also.

Room was nt clean. Previous customers used brush cover,soap,cool drink bottles,sanitary napkin were still in the room.They charged Rs.1700 for the room which wasn't worth it .

Hotel location is good. Rooms are not clean and maintained poorly. We can see bed bucks and mosquitoes. Bathrooms taps not working. Door locks haven't been maintained properly. Exhaust fan failure. No AC remote. TV channels are very limited. Complementary breakfast is worst. They give you 1 token per person valid for Rs.50 which is totally waste.
