Hotel BS International Mysore

I called them to ask if they offer rooms for freshup, a guy picked up and said they do offer for 500rs. When i reached there they shoot up the price to 1000rs , when i aksed about the phone call, the person simply said "sorry for that, but now we cant give"(i called them just an hr ago) and refused to even look at my face and talk to me and was minding his own business, while i was talking to him. Poor respect and ethics towards customer

I recently stayed at this hotel with a group of 55 guests, and the experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel initially committed to providing dinner for us, but upon arrival, we discovered they don’t even have an in-house restaurant. Later, they claimed they had arrangements with a restaurant, but the food was provided at a small, unrelated hotel, which was inconvenient and unprofessional. Additionally, the hotel failed to provide basic amenities like towels and water bottles, which are standard expectations for any stay. This was my first experience with this hotel, and it was extremely disappointing. Overall, the lack of transparency, poor planning, and absence of basic facilities make this hotel highly unrecommended. I would advise others to think twice before booking here.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel stay. I chose this hotel based on Google reviews, but my experience was extremely disappointing. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 AM for check-in and was made to wait. The receptionist seemed displeased with my Agoda booking. After some time, he reluctantly allotted me two rooms as per my reservation, but his attitude made it feel like he was offering the rooms for free. The room itself was small but manageable. However, the linens were not fresh, and they refused to replace them. They didn’t provide drinking water either and demanded payment for bottled water. Hot water wasn’t available throughout the day; they only provided it on request, or it was available from 6 AM to 11 AM. The bathrooms were not clean and they won’t even supply glasses to drink water. The only redeeming factor about this hotel was its convenient location. Other than that, the overall experience was far below expectations.

Very poor service. Continuous water leakage in the bathroom. The hotel manager was friendly but the other staff were rude. The location is very good.

Pathetic service. No courtesy to customers. 1. No towels, toothpaste provided. Everytime the reason is the towels has to come to laundry.. funny. 2. No dedicated car parking. 3. No good customer service. Just they cannot serve water when asked.
