Even after requesting to OYO customer care on Advance hotel did not allow us for early check in. Towel was provided at 4 pm after requesting the hotel. No floor mat available outside the washroom, I slept over the floor. Hotel stay was average the washroom was not maintened proper. Even mirror was not cleaned properly having stains. How water was available 24 Hour's Room service was unattentive for getting pilow I need to wait for half our.

They charge very high but provide poor service, hotel staff is very rude and try every possible way to spoil your mood. Bathrooms are so dirty no handwash no soap and dirty bucket. Leaking flush and jet all add to woes.No water to drink . Avoid at all cost .

The hotel will cancel your last minute booking if you booked many days earlier and the price will increase. They will make you fools and tell you the booking id is not showing to us. Never ever book this hotel there are many other hotels nearby.

I have never seen such a worst hotel. Staff behaviour is so rude and disrespectful I would suggest never ever stay at this place. This hotel doesn't deserve a one star also, if I get opportunity to rate it would be - 5*. Highly not recommended total wastage of money.

**"My experience at Super Hotel O Townhouse Mahendra Hotel was beyond disappointing, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. It is absolutely not suitable for families. The lack of safety was alarming—drunken individuals shouting on the premises all night long, making it feel unsafe and uncomfortable. On top of that, the hotel reeked of cigarette smoke, making it nearly impossible to breathe. I raised my concerns with OYO, and although they suggested changing rooms, the second room was just as bad. The staff, including the manager, showed zero professionalism and didn’t seem to care about our concerns. The hotel had no housekeeping or cleaning services, and the room was filthy. There was also no effort to resolve the noise issue from the bar that shares the premises with the hotel—people drinking outside all night was disturbing and made us feel unsafe. The bathroom was in horrible condition, and the towels were absolutely disgusting—so dirty they were practically black. I had no choice but to stay awake through the night to protect my wife’s safety, as the environment was unbearable. Hotels like this not only ruin your stay but also damage the reputation of a respected city like Mysore. I highly advise against staying here. My experience was terrible, and I regret ever booking this hotel. If you still choose to stay here after reading this, then only God can help you."

Very small room with limited space. No drinking water. Smelly toilet. Near many bars but location was good. The Palace, Market, and many other attractions were walk-away.

If there was a lower rating I would have picked that, the rooms are completely sub standard (and appears half finished, but not according to the management) and services even more so. Oyo says that it’s 3 star hotel but the Hotel management itself denies the same stating Oyo has mentioned the same not them. Would highly recommend giving this a miss if you want clean and good hotel rooms. Oh one more thing it seems the hotel can’t provide more than 2 towels per room (for 2 people) even if you are there for 24 hours(from 12pm to 12 pm next day) seems Oyo prefers it’s travellers to think to have a bath before ending the day or starting the next day. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Personally I like both. The plumbing is also substandard with no water pressure

Not worthy. I booked this hotel during Dussehra time with family. While booking, in Agoda, they shown breakfast is available and amount was taken inclusive of this but after reaching there and staying, we came came to know they don't provide any breakfast then how these hotels are adding these facilities into their site and taking the amount while booking. Rooms were also small. My suggestion is not to go for this hotel.
