OYO 12153 Hotel B S International

The person in the store in front of the hotel seems to run the hotel. He denied our room booking despite getting a booking confirmation from Agoda. Even though the booking was done much prior to our travel to Mysore the hotel didn't even have the courtesy to let us know that they would cancel our booking. This was all done to probably hike the prices and gain more profit for the long weekend we had come for. Totally unacceptable service!

This hotel staff (the person sitting in the gift shop especially) was very rude. We had booked this hotel on Agoda 3 days in advance and we even received a confirmation mail with all the booking details. But when we reached the hotel, they just said "All rooms are full" inspite of showing them the booking confirmation, they were least interested in helping us. They told that we shouldn't have booked on Agoda, we should have booked on make my trip and all such nonsense stories. My honest suggestion do not trust hotel, the location of this hotel was very bad, the area is very congested and there were men smoking in the lobby. We 4 members including 2 aged people have travelled from Bangalore to Mysore trusting this hotel and when we come here, we have no place to stay, we tried getting rooms and checked in almost 20 hotels, but being a long weekend all rooms were full, finally we stayed at a friend's home in Mysore, neither did we receive help from the hotel staff nor did we receive any help from Agoda... Very very bad experience.

About the location - The perfect location to have a view of the Majestic St. Philomena's Church, from the room. About the Hotel - This is a small hotel, with decent OYO rooms and food collaboration with a vegetarian restaurant beside it. About the experience - Comfy Bed with working TV connection and Amenities. I was quite relaxed. The church was right in front of the hotel, and it was a great experience in itself. About the food - As it was a complementary breakfast, the restaurant served an Amazing Dosa sambhar with Idli, and Tea/Coffee. Totally loved it. About the Staff - Very enthusiastic Staff, and I loved the owner's attitude to keep customers completely satisfied. About the pricing - OYO provides budget hotels, and there's no need of my opinion upon it. I got the deal for 996 INR for 3 people. Total value for money. Overall - Highly recommended!

Worst Hotel , Never pay in advance and book in this hotel, I suffered a lot staying there . 1. No parking facility, while booking they commit saying we have please come but later they will ask you to park your car in a public place in a no parking zone, they have some tie up with police. 2. Not even coffee Tea is supplied 3. Bathrooms are extremely Smalll 4. The locality itself is very dirty, you won't find any good Vegetarian restaurant ( this is subjective ) 5. Unless asked they don't clean the rooms 6. No drinking water provided . 7. You won't get hot water in winter you prey for good sun rays because only solar heater is there 8. Post cleaning the room they should actually change blankets and bedspreads, Here they don't they just re use 9. Rooms are extremely small not even 10x10 imagine how much size the bathroom will be 10. If a guest complains they just justify they don't rectify , especially the owner

We were suggested this hotel by an Oyo customer service executive as the hotel we had booked earlier was "non- existant" ( another story altogether). We reached the property at 2 am ( The wife and I ) We just wanted to get some sleep after a quick shower. The staff was sleeping on filthy mattresses all over the floor of the tiny lobby. The receptionist/night manager and his assistant took 20 minutes+ to find out booking ...then the usual check in process. We asked to see the room - but he ignored the request. I paid him Rs 1000 and then he tells us check out is at 10am, to which I reply that it's usually 12 or 11 as a standard industry practice - he insists saying no - in Mysore its 10. Anyways - not being in a mood to argue - we go up to the room - and the room smells of mould and fungus - there is wet hair on the walls of the bathroom, the toilet is not even flushed properly , there are urine stains all over the floor , the basin looks like someone it hasn't been washed for a week. The sheets are stained and damp, the curtains are ...Just 🤮 yuck... Anyways we come down and demand our money back or a clean room. To which the manager insists that the room he gave us " is clean" and " nobody ever complained of cleanliness ever in their hotel" They show us 3 other rooms - all in similar condition. Some even have moss growing in the tile grouting. They refused to refund us the money. We had to leave at 2:45 am to find another hotel ..... Please stay away from this property. OYO has no standards when they add a property. My money still hasn't been returned and the property refuses to answer my emails or calls. This place is filthy Lodge run with the explicit aim of cheating people.

Not recommended. Don't go by the name "International" it's nowhere close to that. The very basic need of a hotel is Hot water for which they have specific timings. No parking at all. You need to park your vehicle in the main road. The worst part is they don't change the bedspreads at all, very unhygienic. No tissue papers in the toilets. No drinking water. Don't take the complimentary breakfast as they give you a coupon for the hotel Mahaveer right beside and you'll regret eating.

Please do not think about booking tbus hotel. Very small room even dont have space to keep the luggages. The room boy has no manners to get into the room without knocking. Our stay was very dreadful and sone how managed to spent the night. Not at all suitable for family. Very untidy bed spreads, and pillow covers. The only advantage is that its just opp to the church. We forgot to take our mobile adapter from the room snd when called and enquired, they denied it. A horrible experience over all. You may get good accomodation for lesser amount from other hotels.

The stay in this hotel is the worst in my life time. Bathroom was very small and and dirty. Duet was not at all clean it was completely dirty and when I asked to replace the duet their response was too worst. Room was not clean. Bed sheets were not clean. Hotel staff was rude and unfriendly. They charged 3k from me for one night stay. TV and AC remotes were broken. They didn't even replace it when asked to do so. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this pathetic place
