Extremely disappointing experience. The property has no lift, unsafe surroundings, very poor parking facilities, and lacks professionalism. No hot water and no staff available to address complaints. This seems to be just a makeshift accommodation for city visitors rather than a proper hotel. I had to check out within an hour of arrival. Would not recommend staying here.

Hotel rooms were very nice, don't get mis judge by seeing the prices as they were charging less when compared to others. Rooms are very clean as seen in pics and staff receptionist bro is very supportive. Don't believe local auto drivers as they suggest other hotels for commission.

We had a terrible experience at HK Hostel and ended up leaving after 1.5 hours of arguing with the staff. We booked two rooms: a single for one person and a triple for three adults. Upon arrival, we were shown to our rooms—a single with a double bed and a larger room with two double beds. However, 20 minutes later, staff told us the triple room wasn’t what we booked and tried to move us to a smaller room with just one double bed, which was obviously unsuitable for three people. Despite showing them our booking confirmation clearly stating "three adults," they insisted on multiple “solutions”: one more person could sleep in the single room (but they wouldn’t adjust the price), we could pay significantly more for a bigger room, or we could book an additional room—all at full price. Eventually, they suggested putting a mattress in the smaller room, which we agreed to, but they kept stalling and pushing for us to pay more instead. After 1.5 hours of frustrating discussions and phone calls, we cancelled our bookings and left. This experience wasted an entire afternoon of our trip, and the lack of professionalism and courtesy was shocking. Avoid this place—offering rooms that don’t exist and then refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable.

Worst hotel stay ever. The hotel stinks completely and the rooms are definitely not a place where a person would like to spend a night. The hotel owner's attitude towards the customer is definitely not appropriate. He's too rude. Please consider this and better don't book this hotel. Oyo please remove such hotels. People coming from far are affected the most.

Very bad service, Cleanliness, location and stay are worse, the reception guy is forcefully taking your phone and is giving the rating. This is how this hotel has got the rating of above 4.0+ in Oyo n other e-booking platforms. we looked at the rating and came here, totally misleading. Not the OYO stay for families or the one's we had came across in Mys'.

Worst.nothing like the photos. Bathroom conditon was very poor.smelly and dirty.room contained only bed no shelfs and there was no space for anything else.Even for keeping your bags.bedsheet was untidy.i wonder why they got this much rating.The room is not even worth for 500 rupee and i paid around 2000.worst experience.

very bad experience while check in and check out. staff behaviour is very bad rooms condition are smelly and bugs are on bad. they literally by force take your fon to review them 5 star on oyo i suggest you to choose another option dont go with their oyo rating
