Townhouse Mysore Central formerly Hotel Pride

We booked a room from 3 Nov to 5 Nov. The service was very bad. We had to ask for towels multiple times and in the end, we received a torn towel. We got a good towel only at night. Other things like soap, shampoo and a bottle of water had to be requested for repeatedly. Wifi was also unavailable (second floor). The rooms are nice and comfortable. Definitely value for money but the service needs to be improved. Also, I received a mail from Oyo thanking me for reviewing the hotel on their site, even though I never did it.

Rooms are not at all clean, washroom was worst it's door had fungus everywhere. Moreover they did not change the bedspread and blankets as well, they were used, it had lipstick stain everywhere.. Upon inform it took almost an hour for them to replace it.. Don't go with the pictures they display online, it's not anywhere near to the mark. I prefer staying in car instead of such lodge..

Rooms need proper maintenance.. No faucet for toilet! No TV.. Only advantage is there location near to bus stand. They kept kettle in room with no tea/ cofee supplies.. No bathroom supplies.. No towel etc.. With Room tariff of nearly 2500 per day for non metro city, room supplies are basic. Need lot of improvement.

What are they show in photo, room doesn’t have. Also hotel said they have total 52 rooms. But online booked 108 rooms. They threaten me room may be arrange even I paid full advance amount. No towels they provided when we asked more than five times. Totally our Mysuru travel mood spoiled because of hotel people behaving. Still I couldn’t understand how this kind online booking happened through Booking.com and also you have 9.0 ratings.this first time this kind experience I haves. Food also they give hundred rupees worth for 150, which we have directly purchased better then online booking.

The washroom and room is not cleaned. Delay in services. Bathroom towels, water bottle, glasses nothing is provided by the hotel. We booked the room with breakfast but there is no breakfast bufet. We have to order only one dish. Delay in breakfast. The room pictures showned in website are not the same. Worst experience we had.

Room was good, spacious & clean. However service should have been better, had to asked them to give water, towel couple of times. Otherwise stay was worth the money

Dirty! Disgusting stains all over the walls, the bed frame was black from grease and dirt, the bathroom smelt of urine and the side of the toilet and underneath the sink looked like they had never been cleaned, they had layers of crusty grime. Truly horrible place to stay. The view is of a wall covered in pidgeon faeces. The room was not ready even though we checked in an hour later than the check in time. I also got charged 400 rupees extra because their app didn't work and even after I showed them they still made me pay. Please avoid this place, pretty sure the good reviews are a scam! The name may have changed but nothing else has.

we had a horrible experience with this Property. if you are going with your family and kids please don't go. The staff and owner's behavior was very rude and they continuously gave threats to us. we booked 3 rooms and they provided only two and telling that we have to adjust with those rooms only and they charged the full 3 rooms amount. so my personal opinion, please don't refer to this property specially if you going with your wife and kids. Also no cleanness, no water in the bathroom, no towel, no soap, no wifi, and overall no basic facilities.
