NillLiked · The location is quite good - it was very easy to get around the city. The breakfast was excellent - several choices all well prepared. The room was large with lots of storage space. We had two sinks which was convenient. The front desk staff was very helpful and efficient. Disliked · We were told there was hot water available all the time, but not how to get it. The shower is cold only, but the desk delivers buckets of hot water on request. We wish thin had been made clearer when we checked in.

NillI had a disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. The room condition was unacceptable, with water leaking from the air conditioner inside the room. Housekeeping service was inadequate, and despite raising these concerns, it took over four hours to get a room change. To make matters worse, the intercom facility in the room was not working, adding to the inconvenience. The male receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful, refusing to allow early check-in despite our request. To make matters worse, basic amenities like towels were not provided until the next day, which is completely unacceptable.and even no basic amenities were given in the room like water bottle, toiletries and beverage sachets. The lack of courtesy and poor service standards made the stay unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting decent hospitality or proper facilities. Overall, I was highly dissatisfied with the service and maintenance standards. I hope the management takes steps to improve these issues for future guests.

NillThe hotel looks good from the outside, once you check in then you will experience the real shit. Very poor maintenance, some of the rooms don't even have locks from inside, those that have universal cards can easily enter when you are inside. Washrooms are dirty and you don't get basic check in items here. The property is well built but poorly maintained. This must need a good supervisor or a good management to deal with.

NillAmong the worst hotel experiences known to man. During check in, heard a family complaining about not having recieved towels, water or complimentary breakfast for 2 days. On reaching the room, no towels were provided and the room was dirty with half eaten biscuits on the floor. The reception was informed of the lack of towels but made no effort to provide any. The hotel staff were uncooperative and seemed least bothered. Nearly 10 hours after asking for towels we were provided with a solitary towel for both occupants of the room. The reception was found empty and the housekeeping staff on the room floor excused himself by saying the hotel was full and had run out of weddings and towels so they had to 'ration' them per room. An altogether poor experience and would highly recommend searing for alternate accommodation if looking for a place to stay in Mysore.

NillNever stay here for following reasons: 1. Unprofessional staff 2. Broken flush 3. Bad smelling room 4. Rude manager 5. Booked for classic triple room, provided with double room 6. Delayed providing towels 7. No fan, AC 8. Fluctuating electricity 9. Poor lift quality 10. Rooms in bad condition 11. No geyser 12. No kettles coffee or tea sachets or glasses 13. Uncomfortable and dirty beds 14. No geyser 15. The restaurant shown in picture is not their own, so no facility of plates, glasses, bowls, tissue paper 16. The pictures shown are not similar to property. They are frauds. Never stay here.

Nill“Our stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. The customer service was appalling—every request was either ignored or delayed, and the staff were unfriendly throughout. The room was a nightmare: the shower didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed, meaning we went two days without one. There was no toilet paper, and when we asked, we were handed tissues as if that were acceptable. The sink barely worked, with water dripping out slowly, and to top it off, the bed sheet was filthy, and the back panel of the bed looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months—there were stains resembling vomit. It’s shocking how such poor standards are allowed in what is supposed to be a hospitality business. Avoid this place at all costs.”

NillSuch a bad experience. I spoke to the reception person a day before arrival and they confirmed the booking. When I arrived with the family, Manager and Receptionist denied entry stating that all the rooms are booked. Manager is very rude and the reception boy is so casual. They didn’t show any empathy towards customer. They are not at all busy, just sitting idle and do nothing. I forgot to ask their names. Such a poor customer service. Rude and arrogance cannot develop any business. I see all the customers are rating similar experience OYO and Booking.com should think before they continue the business with them

NillReview: Worst Stay Ever – Avoid at All Costs! I had the absolute worst experience at this hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. From the moment I checked in, everything was a disaster. I regret ever booking this place. Save yourself the headache and stay anywhere else. 0/10 – Would never return!
