I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I booked a room through the Make My Trip app and paid in advance, but when I arrived, I was told the room was unavailable. Despite having a confirmed booking, they refused to honor it, and I ended up losing my money. This seems like a scam, and I urge everyone to avoid booking here. The owner, Imran, was unhelpful and his behaviour was like an animal, he didn't offer any resolution. His mother is also working this hotel for cleaning, she also terrible, I am now filing a complaint against them in consumer court to seek justice. Please be cautious and do not book a room here.

Staff behaviour was really not good and they were asking as to pay more before 24hour lik full amount of 1200 staffs are not good and ladie who's works there she was not allowing as to check out the room she lik u guys can't go without pay extra amount before 24hour

Nice place to stay, budget friendly and centrally located, staff and the owner were friendly caring & helpful, also the room was comfortable in everyway....

Not recommending for family and with kids. Unhygienic rooms with a weird smell. Dirty toilet. No parking available. And when we were parking nearby in an empty plot, a neighbour came to fight.

I dont have an option to give 0 rating hence I am giving 1 star.we booked the hotel room for christmas night.as expected all over mysore it was crowded these people where exploiting that opportunity.when I approach them with hotel online booking confirmation they where saying no room available and after arguing so much they showed me another hotel with 2500 rent.I did not take it.since the booking price was low(675)they denied my booking.and I called mysore police they came on time and asked the owner about the situation then he cooked up another story to police saying there is water available.since I am completely aware that they are faking it,I told police that I will take it.there where no issue with water Comes to room situation. Very bad bed with blood strains and hair. Conjusted room and bathroom. Unhygienic environment. Good part is that hotel is very near to church,palace and zoo. One advice to people who prefer to book this hotel,if they are denying your booking please immediately call police.they will fix it.

Worst experience till date, rooms were very small even no space to adjust luggage, there was weird smell everywhere in the room, no mirror, even blanket was very dirty. when we complained they didn't respond at all, bathrooms were very dirty, non- availability of hot water, customer service was of worst quality, don't book if you wanna go mysore book online as there is a big difference between online and offline prices, go for other options guys but not this one, not at all suitable for couples...

Worst experience in the whole tour. Please don't ever dare to stay in this pathetic hotel. The rooms are very very unhygienic and no amenities are provided . Inspite of booking an AC room,AC was not in working condition.when we complained about this in 10min of our check in we were assured to get the AC repaired,but that was not done till night.We asked for a refund and told them that we are leaving the room but we were told that refund is not possible so had to live there for 1 night . Mr Pramod who is the manager is very rude and un Cooperative.Morever he threatened us to do whatever we want and he just didn't care about that. Our entire mood of the tour got spoiled due to this pathetic experience of this particular hotel. BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL!

My first visit becomes the worst visit to mysore as the incharge argued that he didn't received our booking, after arguing almost 30 mins he confirmed the booking saying he didn't notice the booking voucher, also check-in time is 11 am we visited 11.30, but rooms are not ready, he said painting work is going on, please go for siteseeing room will be ready one we back, rooms space very small, no place for extra bed as paid for the same, he ruined my vacation mood.please don't book this hotel, when I returned from siteseeing the room is not cleaned properly, when I complained the reception guy saying you booked standard room it will be like that only and continuous arguing and not giving alternate room. Also pillow with hairs, for this complaint also no response from reception guy.
