Hotel Emora Tree

This is not a 3-star hotel, but more of a boutique hotel. However, it is neat, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are small with limited amenities—just one soap and a small packet of shampoo, no hair dryer or refrigerator. The washroom is clean. The location is good, within walking distance to some tourist spots, but the Mysore Palace is not 900 meters as shown on the map; it's on the other side. Breakfast is good, and although listed as 8:30-9:30, they serve earlier than that. They have a big window but outside you can see only wall of the next building The service and staff at the breakfast area are very good. However, when I requested a new bath towel, I never received it during my 2-day stay.

Only advantage is location .. service and cleanliness is pathetic. Don't recommend 1. Toilet waste basket was no cleaned .. it was full of used Pampers 2. Wait for 30 minites for any service 3. Not that clean toilet. 4. All the used plates were outside the door in front of all the rooms for hours , even in the morning . 5. Room was spacious. 6. Had to request for new pillow cover as it was not clean .. got it after 30 minutes of request . I don't recommend this hotel

“Smelly rooms and very poor service ” There was foul smell all over in the room. It was impossible to spend more than a minute in washroom and the toilet seat was not cleaned as well. When we asked the staff about this, he straight away very rudely said it is what it is, and if you don't like it you can go away, contact Agoda customer care and vacate the room. We were shocked by the response. Never faced anything like this, no matter how cheap the hotel is. This is totally unacceptable. Highly recommend not to ever think about this property.

I first visited this hotel in the beginning of 2024, the service, room, checking in and out was so smooth and fantastic so I decided to go back after few more months this time it was so disappointing and the rooms were not great, the breakfast was delayed, the person sitting in the counter doesn't have a welcoming face or the way he approached was so rude. We asked for toothpaste and brush and waited 45 mins, nobody to picks any calls in the reception, when we asked them they are rude and said you come n pick it up. Waiting in the dining hall for 20 mins for breakfast even though it was breakfast time and the whole hall was empty. The restroom doors won't lock. Doesn't feel welcoming.

Rooms were okay. The kettle was not washed well. It had some sticky and slimy dirt at the edge. after complaining, they washed it but still the dirt was there. When asked to replace, they said they couldn't and didn't do anything for it. They were not able to manage the guests during the breakfast time. Limited food was served initially and were taking a lot of time to get the food again. No space to accommodate all the guests for breakfast. The bedsheet had some stains on it.

The room was neatly maintained. AC was working fine, TV had all OTT subscriptions. All time hot water was available, and the bathroom was very clean. We can add breakfast while booking the room. We had idly, masale dose, upma and kesaribath. Also eggs and watermelon for breakfast. Would suggest this place as this is nearby to mysore Palacea and also bus stand.

I often staying this hotels,everything is perfect. Clean and maintained rooms,covered parking and tasty breakfast. Most of guests are staying familys,no disterbence from other rooms or vehicles, we can sleep peacefully.

I recently stayed at Hotel Emora Tree and had an excellent experience. The room was neat and clean with good furniture and a well functioning AC. The service was top notch, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. There was plenty of parking available, which made our stay very convenient. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!
