Very dirty rooms, bedsheets were very dirty and there's no mirror in wash room

Nice place and good for a night's stopover. The biggest pain point was that the lift wasn't working. The staff were friendly and helpful. The toilets could be maintained a little more better. I'm sure this will get better ratings once the lift is fixed.

Worst hotel I have ever visited so far. The rooms were not cleaned , nor were the restrooms. ACs did not work. There was no soap or towel in the rooms. No hot water. Complained at the reception but in vain. Biggest shocker was the receptionist did not provide the receipts after we checked out saying they will have to add some extra tax. Overall the worst place ever that too it belonging to Nalapad group.. Avoid going to this place ever.

Nalapad is a very expansive hotel and the stay is very poor. I stayed in some homestays for 500 rupees per night, which were so much better. ||||First of all the men working at the reception used my pasport to send me friend requests on Facebook. I found this the first very weird and inappropriate thing that happened. After that, I saw my room. The ventilator was not working, the toilet was broke, found hairs of other quests in the bathroom and their was no Wifi in te room (while I was booking the hotel, they mentioned that Wifi should be included). I told the manager that I was not satisfied about my stay. She asked me to wait for 2 minutes. At the end I wait for one hour and at the end she told me to complain at the website Agoda.com. At the end, she gave me a very small refund which I found not oke comparing it with the price of the hotel per night.

One of the worst hotels i have stayed so far.. Ac not working No towels No dental kits No shampoo and soap No hot water kettle No restaurant room service No tv remote and no recharge No plug points Nothing good at all.. dont ever come to this hotels..

Good hotels.. I stayed here during my Mysore trip. I don't have any problems with management or workers. Smooth experience. If its in your budget you can go for it without any hesitation. we booked suit room its clean and neat. Bathrooms are also good

The hotel is situated in bannimantap area of Mysore. The hotel hasn't been well maintained particularly the bathrooms. The bathrooms have several problems like water leakage from taps, no hot water available and cockroaches to name a few. The staff here are very courteous though and were ready to help and changed our room on pointing out the flaws. Overall an above average experience.

0 star Worst lodging and worst service. Rooms are not at all cleaned and not hygienic. Dirty bed sheets and pillow covers. Cockroaches in the room No complementary soap, towel, and drinking water There is a TV but no remote Worst maintenance Worst experience in my life Never visit again
