Sarvam Residency

We stayed at this place for a day. It's affordable and really good place. Food is not available at this hotel but if needed they will either suggest places or buy from outside. The hotel is newly built has lift facility. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. In reception they suggest you nearby places and time and our chance of visiting places based on our stay. Everything they give suggestion and help with. Overall it's comfortable stay. People are really helpful.

Very decent staff, Receptionist. Good service. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Only one complaint is in bath rooms commode seat is loose, spray gun is broken, reported to Reception. Rooms service is good. Overall our stay for two nights was very comfortable.

Very well maintained rooms & it was opened 6 months back. Entrance to the hotel is narrow. Sufficient car parking space available. Currently no dinning available but owner said he has plans to open shortly. Would highly recommend to stay here.

Stayed for a night with family at sarvam. Rooms are spacious and were neatly maintained. The staff Mr. Narayan supported really well. Mr.Vinayak was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel for someone looking to stay at Sagara.

Prime location, within town area. The only drawback would be the restaurant being unavailable currently as the property was recently inaugurated and is still being set up. However compared to all other available properties for accommodation in this town or tourists visiting the “Jog Falls” can consider Sarvam Residency for sure. There is a well designed basement car parking facility as well made which makes it convenient for guests. Room highlights- spacious room with good ventilation. Cleanly maintained. The Hotel management as well was very cooperative in terms of accommodating an early check in and out.

I had my parents stay over in the hotel and they liked it very well . The owner and the manager were really welcoming. We requested for a late check in and check out and they agreed upon. The rooms were big and spacious. Definitely would recommend whoever visiting Sagara, Karnataka.

We had visited the property recently and loved our stay here. It was located at the center of city with designated parking space which was a huge plus point. The staffs were helpful and check- in process was very quick. Mr.Vinayak ensured that we are comfortable. Overall a nice service oriented place to stay for family.

The rooms were very spacious and top notch, hotel staff are very responsive and quick in attending to our needs. I am pleased with the cleanliness, service and calmness within the hotel premises. One of the hidden gems amidst huge star hotels within sagara. Stay here if you are planning to go to jog falls, sigandur, sridhara ashram, kaladi and other places.
