Nill1 Star for 4 star hotel. Property is good and has potential. Good breakfast. Parking is good - no issues at all. With the current staff and mindset it’s not going to sustainable. In house menu is like star hotel pricey and very choosy. Outside food not allowed is their policy but not mentioned during booking confirmation. 👏 👏 Nobody is going to visit the place, if you explicitly mention outside food N/A. For the events you conduct for marriage I wonder is your chefs cooking for 500plus ? Then event guests should not be roaming in the property, external vendors arranging chairs and random people moving around premises is a threat to in house guests isn’t it ? You won’t be collecting adhar or id for all the visitors anyway. Only these rules apply to in-house guests 🤔 We are not here to pay the money and get dictated, pls. For few plates we waited hours memorable experience for us. Property is located outside city and close to Safari other than that I would not like to comment. Like I previously mentioned property is good, management has to plan better and have dedicated team to manage In house guests. Good luck, thanks Regards Nandagopal Nanda

NillHad come to the hotel to use electric car charging.we decided to take the buffet for breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful. The kids were cranky but they packed enough food for us. They made fresh pancakes which were not in the buffet too. I really appreciate their attention to details. Thanks to their manager vishal. Will surely come again.

NillThe rooms are great. Now,let me tell you what is not at all great- We checked in and had to wait for two hours before we got the rooms. While waiting,we ordered lunch,it came almost after 45 mins. The order was lesser than what we ordered, the chilly chicken was stale. The sweet lime soda was full of salt. Evening, when we wanted coffee and hot chocolate and soup ,none of it was available. We asked for milk powder to make coffee in the room, that too was not available and we were offered watery milk. The chef loves green chillies and uses it abundantly so much that we drank more water than we had food.During dinner, we asked for lime soda,we were that due to Gandhi Jayanti, they were not allowed to serve soda! Omlette is flavoured with human hair. Billing...don't even ask about it...the same food bill was produced for each room ,we didn't touch the buffet and were charged for it.It took more than an hour to do the calculations. We had paid in advance for two rooms which they were finding it difficult to locate. After swimming in the lovely pool, you can wait for another 20 mins before you get a towel or you can walk back wet to the room. In short, a beautiful hotel with great rooms, lovely pool but horrible, terrible, disgusting, irresponsible staff and that includes the marketing manager Abdul and the entire staff. It definitely needs the pull up if they want to survive.

NillWe had a very comfortable stay here. Staff were nice and courteous . Food was very tasty . A few negatives - Breakfast spread was decent but the idlis and poha were ice cold . They didn’t have butter which was then brought later . At 7pm we ordered French fries and they said they didn’t have French fries . Who doesn’t have French fries ? The waiter forgot getting my scrambled egg and I eventually left the place without having it . Whilst the staff are courteous, I feel they are understaffed and overworked. The restaurant staff seemed very confused and extra busy . The pool was decent but they did not have a lifeguard. Pool timing was till 7pm but I saw people in the pool at 8pm. Even if someone drowned in the pool, no one would know .

NillWe had a pleasant stay at Harsha the fern. Though the check in process got delayed, Janani from the reception helped us to get the room fast, she was very polite and handled the situation well. The morning breakfast was very good and widespread. Check out process was also really smooth, Kimi and Janani was very friendly and I enjoyed the stay completely

NillOverall experience was very good. Family enjoyed the stay. Restaurant supervisor Vishal was very kind and helpful. Security as well as the housekeeping staffs were kind too and always ready to assist. Kimi is a good example of being a good ambassador for the hotel .

NillI had an amazing stay with a beautiful view and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. The staff members—Priya, Kimi, and Saniya (she was very polite)—were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Saniya, in particular, was very polite and made us feel right at home. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

★★★★★I had a really pleasant stay at Harsha Feen Eco Hotel. The property is clean, green, and beautifully maintained, which instantly gives you a calm and refreshing vibe. It’s also very convenient to reach, just a minute from the main road and easy to locate.||The pool deserves a special mention, it was sparkling clean and well-kept, perfect for a relaxing swim. The hotel also has a well-equipped gym, which is a great bonus if you like to keep up with your fitness routine while traveling.||The breakfast spread was really good with plenty of variety and the lunch and dinner options were equally good although the service could be little faster.||What makes the stay truly memorable, though, is the staff. They are warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. For instance, when my car battery unexpectedly drained one morning, they stepped in and sorted it out swiftly, such prompt and thoughtful assistance really stands out.||Overall, Harsha Feen Eco Hotel strikes the perfect balance between comfort, good facilities, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area!||Bonus point: they have charging station for EVs
