Durgi gudi is a central place in Shimoga. Rooms are clean. Toilet is clean. No mosquitoes. Wifi available. Rooms are cheap. 1200+ for Non AC room. Airport is less than 20 kms away. TV has only kannada channels. We have to pay Rs.20 per bottle of water. Vegetarian restaurant Saivaram is close by. Lift available. Bus terminal and Gandhi park are less than 2 kms away. Kudli river-sangam is less than 20 kms away.

all.overall experience are too good.. i stay at this hotel two times in thi one month..staff behavior also good and very safety for couple..otherwise all facility were normal.

New and Very decent residency even for family. Floor wise CCTV camaras are there, also in good location so no safety issues for family. No car parking . however you get place to park outside road parking spaces.

Really very bad experience rooms aren't well maintained and full of cockroachs. Changed to other room and there also so same issue. Complained but they are not ready to accept they tell all rooms are spread cockroach spry. But it's not true. I definitely not recommend this lodging to any of my friends and colleagues.

It’s true that they won’t change bed spreads. There was men and women hair on the bed when we checked in. When informed the receptionist acted surprised. Hygiene is horrible. Almost felt puckish. Never opt for this place.

Worst experience ever! The bedsheets were smelling as if it wasn't cleaned once it was vacated by someone else. No oyo shampoo and soap! Television was broken and when asked they said since we have no cable or dish connection we don't use tv! Why the hell is a tv there then, Pls remove it! To the worse, the bathroom door glass is broken, we were 2 friends and imagine how irritated we were to use it. Last but not the least the sink was spitted with pan, this proved us the room wasn't cleaned once someone vacated and just given to us as it us! We asked, the said "pls adjust "! What a service.
